An artificial flower maker including a board or other flat surface, a plurality of arms each positioned along the flat surface and forming a generally circular shape, and a center attachment mechanism for constructing and securing an artificial flower. Each flower is constructed by strategically folding a series of petals from a type of material, and using the artificial flower maker to hold down each folded petal until all folded petals are completed and ultimately secured to form an artificial flower. A further embodiment may incorporate a box or other enclosure for storage and transport of the flower maker.

After the separate lamination layers are dried, they can be adhered to each other to reconstitute the formed shape thereby affording the enhanced visual three-dimensional visual effect.

A method of manufacturing a floral arrangement insert comprising: obtaining or preparing a mold; filling the mold with an expandable, curable foam to form a foam insert; inserting a plurality of tubes into the foam in a pre-designed configuration; causing or allowing the foam to cure after insertion of the plurality of tubes; and removing the foam insert from the mold after the foam has cured. The plurality of tubes can be filled with water and an artificial or fresh flower and/or foliage can be inserted into the plurality of tubes to create a beautiful floral piece.

A stack of overlapping open cylinder segments is supported on the frame shaped to collectively resemble an outer surface of the trunk portion. Each cylinder segment has an expansion feature configured to diametrically expand when overlapped around an adjacent cylinder segment in the stack.

Methods and systems for making artificial flowers are disclosed. The method can include wrapping a first flower wrapper having between 1 and 5 petals around a foam core to form a first flower construct, or bud. The method can include wrapping a second flower wrapper having between 1 and 5 petals around the first flower construct, or bud. The method can include wrapping a third flower wrapper having between 1 and 5 petals around the second flower construct. The method can include wrapping additional layers of flower wrappers around flower constructs, including, but not limited to, 3 more layers of flower wrappers. Wrapping a flower wrapper around a core or a flower construct may be done manually or in an automated fashion. Wrapping a flower wrapper around a core or a flower construct may be done petal by petal or all petals simultaneously.

A flower sheet for creating a memorial may include flower cut lines to define a flower ornament and a discard portion. The flower ornament may include a flower portion and a picture and the the picture may be formed from printing. The flower ornament may include a fold line to join a first petal with a second petal. The flower ornament may include a truncated heart shape. A multitude of flower ornaments may form a bouquet. The bouquet may include overlapping petals.
