A method for producing the fibers for artificial hair, includes applying a resin emulsion having an average particle diameter of 350 nm or more to the fiber surface, in an amount of 0.3% omf or more and 1.1% omf or less on a solid basis. The fibers for artificial hair having an excellent combing property and a gloss close to human hair, hair ornament products including the same, and a method for producing the same are provided.

The process includes: removing inferior hair from the hair and screening by length to obtain selected hair; sorting the selected hair by weight and combing them to obtain hair brunches; flattening one side of the hair, sewing and fixing to form a fixed end, to obtain a preliminarily fixed hair; glue brushing the fixed end of the preliminary fixed hair to reinforce fixation, to obtain the reinforced fixed hair; treating the strengthened fixed hair to make the hair smooth and dropping, to obtain treated hair; drying, ironing, and trimming the treated hair to obtain the hair weft. The preparation process of the hair weft employs sewing for preliminary fixation, which greatly reduces the amount of glue used in the later period so that the hair weft product becomes lighter, thinner, and softer, and it becomes easier and faster to wear and take off, does not damage the user's hair, and makes the user more invisible and more comfortable when wearing, and improves the wearing experience.

Wig clips attach the wig to the wearer's natural hair on the opposing sides of the wearer's part so that the wearer's natural part is exposed. The wearer's natural hair is not disposed over the fabric at the edges of the opening. Alternatively, a leave-out of the wearers natural hair does not cover the wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening. The wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening may be tangled or the installer may tease the wig hairs adjacent to the edges of the opening. The invention is also a wig for application of the method.

A wearer's natural hair can be passed through a gap and blended with hair woven to the net material of wig base. The reinforcement maintains the integrity of the wig base.

The present disclosure creatively applies an embroidery machine to the field of wig processing. The present disclosure first embroiders a layer of patterns composed of wig threads on a base layer of a wig by the embroidery machine, and then crochets pre-woven single-dreadlock braids onto the embroidered wig thread patterns one by one. The present disclosure does not need to manually fix the wig threads on the wig, which greatly reduces the manual workload, improves the processing efficiency and reduces the cost.
