Provided is a practical hair extension configured to be very easily attached to head hair (natural hair) and attachment of which on the head hair is less likely to be noticed by other people.

Solution

A hair extension 1 includes a hair bundle 2, a double-sided adhesive tape 3, and a release paper 4. The hair bundle 2 has a base end including a first hair layer L.sub.1 formed by laterally aligning a plurality of hairs h.sub.1, h.sub.1 . . . such that base end edges of the plurality of hairs are linearly arranged and bonding vicinities of the base ends of the hairs h.sub.1, h.sub.1 with an adhesive so as to have a constant adhesive width, and a second hair layer L.sub.2 formed by laminating a plurality of hairs h.sub.2, h.sub.2 . . . to be laterally aligned on an upper side of the first hair layer L.sub.1 such that base end edges of the plurality of hairs are linearly arranged and bonding vicinities of the base ends of the hairs h.sub.2, h.sub.2 . . . with an adhesive so as to have an adhesive width narrower than the adhesive width of the first hair layer L.sub.1. Furthermore, the double-sided adhesive tape 3 is stuck to the first hair layer L.sub.1.

For obtaining a natural-looking hair without excessive volume compared with traditional hair extensions, there are provided a hair extension and manufacturing & attaching method of the same, comprising a linearly extending base member (200); a plurality of hair extension strands (300) to be provided longitudinally along the base member (200), each of the plurality of hair extension strands (300) including a knot part (310) being a knot formed on the base member (200) and a hair part (330) extending from the knot part (310); and a fixing part (400) to be fixed to a portion of the hair part (330) so as to be adjacent to the base member (200) for connecting the plurality of the hair extension strands (300) to the hair of a subject.

A hair extension system is a system that enables users to make their own custom hair extensions in any style or design. The system serves as a kit that includes the tools and materials necessary for the user to make their own custom-made hair extension. The system also facilitates the attachment of the custom hair extensions to the user's head. The system may include a fabric backing, a plurality of adhesive strips, and at least one hair-attachment mechanism. The fabric backing supports the structure of the custom hair extension and increases the comfort of wearing the custom hair extension. The plurality of adhesive strips facilitates the making of the custom hair extension by enabling the attachment of hair wefts onto the fabric backing in a simple manner. The at least one hair-attachment mechanism secures the custom hair extension to the user's head so that the user can perform everyday activities.

A hairpiece with identical front and back appearances includes a first hair layer, a support layer, and a second hair layer, where the support layer is located between the first hair layer and the second hair layer; and the first hair layer and the second hair layer are fixedly connected to the support layer. In the hairpiece, since the front and back sides of the hairpiece have the same appearance, the user can wear the hairpiece directly, without bothering to distinguish the front and back sides. This avoids the risk of reversing the front and back sides of the hairpiece, and improves the aesthetics and delicacy of the hairpiece.

Provided are adhesive compositions that include an acrylate component and a charcoal component. The adhesive compositions are useful for adhering articles, for example, lashes or lash extensions to surfaces such as skin.

The disclosure includes embodiments of a semi-permanent hair extension apparatus and a method or installing the same. The semi-permanent hair extension apparatus can include a plurality of microbeads and a plurality of hair extension wefts. The plurality of microbeads can each include an opening for receiving a plurality of strands of human hair longitudinally therethrough, and a receiving component positioned thereon so as to releasably connect the microbead to a hair extension weft. Each of the plurality of hair extension wefts can include a plurality of strands of hair connected thereto and one or more fastening components positioned thereon and being complementary to each of the one or more receiving components so as to facilitate a removable connection therebetween. A hair piece, or decorative party wig or weave, comprising an underlying lace mesh with pores for attaching tinsel strands, or hair and tinsel strands. The pores comprise circular or hexagon shapes, and at least one strand is attached to each pore using a machine produced or hand sewn knot, or glue. Hexagon pores provide superior ventilation of the scalp. The lace mesh is uniquely shaped, comprising: square; thin rectangle; circular; hollow cylindrical; half oval stretching ear-to-ear; full scalp; T-shaped, triangle: or long rectangular strip. The tinsel strands comprise one or more colors, including glow-in-the-dark. The hair strands comprise real or artificial hair; and a variety of natural or non-natural hair colors. The lace mesh may comprise an overhang onto the scalp without strands, not easily detectable because it is colored matched to the user’s skin tone. The overhang may be cut back to the user’s forehead.
