MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR DUCKBILL MASK
A duckbill mask includes a mask upper side and a mask lower side. A manufacturing process includes: respectively performing edge folding and press sealing on an upper nose edge on the mask upper side and a jaw edge on the mask lower side, and using a double-way staggered cutting process to add a nose bridge while folding the upper nose edge; and overlapping the mask upper side and the mask lower side, then performing press sealing on convex edges of the mask upper side and the mask lower side by using a staggered opposite arrangement method, and using a double-way staggered cutting process to add an ear belt while performing press sealing on the convex edges. In the multi-line machining process, multi-line edge folding and press sealing of all layers of materials, overlapping and then finished product cutting are performed, whereby two duckbill masks are manufactured at a time.
METHOD OF THREADING AN ELONGATED CORD THROUGH AN ELONGATE INTERNAL PASSAGEWAY OF A WEARABLE ARTICLE
A threading instrument for sliding an elongated cord or drawstring through an elongated internal passageway of a wearable article, and a method of using the same is provided. The present invention incorporates the threading instrument in a kit along with a plurality of different design drawstrings. In the kit, each drawstring is adapted to be threaded through the elongated internal passageway by way of the threading instrument. The kit enables a user to more efficiently than the prior art to interchange the drawstrings through the elongated internal passageway of the wearable article, thereby enabling an expeditious and selectively swap out of the drawstring, whereby they can use the different drawstrings to convey different messages/moods when desired.
A FACE PROTECTION MASK, A METHOD FOR PRODUCING FACE PROTECTION MASKS AND AN APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING FACE PROTECTION MASKS
A method and apparatus for producing face protection masks including a non-woven fabric mask body and at least one elastic band parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mask body and including at least one elastic element fixed between two layers of non-woven fabric.
PRODUCTION OF DISPOSABLE GARMENTS
The present invention relates to method for manufacturing disposable upper body garments having sleeves and a front portion. The method comprises feeding a main film in a longitudinal direction and forming an assembly comprising a first sleeve film and a second sleeve film arranged on an upper surface of the main film. The method further comprises, for a first one of the garments, welding the first sleeve film to the main film along an outline defining the sleeves of said first one of the garments, and for a second one of the garments, welding the second sleeve film to the main film along an outline defining the sleeves of said second one of the garments. After the welding steps, the method comprises punching through the assembly to define a neck opening of the first one and the second one of the garments; and punching through the assembly along an outline of the first one and the second one of the garments.
Automated process of manufacturing clothing
The purpose of this process is to remove the human contact of fabric in assembling products and producing clothing faster without several stations of production in different locations in the factor. In the past, a typical factor would sew individual pieces at one station and pass them along to different stages in the assembly process until its completed. However, this process is meant to eliminate it, improve efficiency, and productivity. This process will not include any human contact with fabric, less time in production, and the removal of products in different stations. The benefits of this enable a company to produce what they need as needed, instead of producing a factor's minimum. Furthermore, this process shortens the lead time to bring products to market faster. Finally, this process helps with cash-flow, which is essential in any business especially in manufacturing.

Method for manufacturing elastic pants
The invention relates to a method for continuously manufacturing elastic pants (28), wherein a flat web material (1, 16, 19) is continuously conveyed in a longitudinal direction (8) of the web material (1, 16, 19), is shaped into a closed tube (4), and is closed in the longitudinal direction (8). The closed tube (4) forms a first outer layer (9). Elastic threads (10) in the form of a tubular reinforcement are then wound around the first outer layer (9) in the conveying direction (8) in such a way that the elastic threads (10) are taut when the outer layer (9) has a convex shape. A second outer layer (15) is then continuously applied to the elastic threads (10) in the conveying direction (8) and is joined to the elastic threads (10) and/or the first outer layer (9). The first outer layer (9), the elastic threads (10) and the second outer layer (15) form an elastic pants web material (21). Further down in the conveying direction (8), the pants web material (21) is closed along a joining section (29) in regular intervals such that the joining section (29) forms two approximately equally large opening sections that lie opposite each other in the transverse direction. Further down in the conveying direction (8), the pants web material (21) is cut at a distance from the joining section (29) such that a pair of elastic pants (28) is formed.
RECUT POLYOLEFIN FOAM AS A DISPOSABLE MASK SEAL
Embodiments relate generally to systems, devices, and methods for utilizing re-cut polyolefin foam in seals for respiratory masks. A method for constructing a respiratory mask may include splitting polyolefin foam to provide a re-cut polyolefin foam, wherein the re-cut polyolefin foam comprises a first surface comprising wrinkles and a second surface that is substantially free of wrinkles, wherein the first surface is opposite to the second surface; and attaching the first surface to an interior portion of a respiratory mask, wherein the interior portion is a seal portion of the respiratory mask.
