Aspects of automated fabric picking are described. In one embodiment, a system includes a textile cutter including a tabletop upon which textile panels can be cut out from a textile sheet, a textile panel picker, and a computing device. The textile panel picker includes a flexible transport tube, a transport tube transfer arm to position the flexible transport tube over the tabletop and the textile panels, a textile hopper to collect the textile panels, and a pneumatic pump assembly to evacuate air from the textile hopper and through the flexible transport tube. The computing device identifies and tracks the textile panels on the tabletop, directs the transport tube transfer arm to position the flexible transport tube over the textile panels, and directs the pneumatic pump assembly to generate suction to pull the textile panels through the flexible transport tube and into the textile hopper.

Apparatus to manufacture a garment from a single web

A garment station including a frame, a conveyor coupled to the frame, a gantry, and a folding assembly. The gantry is disposed over the conveyor and includes a tool head moveable over the conveyor. The folding assembly includes a first platen moveable relative to a second platen between a folded position and an unfolded position. The first platen is substantially co-planar with the second platen in the unfolded position. The first platen is disposed above the second platen in the folded position.

A re-scaler for a multi-ply cutter includes a cutter table and a cutter frame. The cutter frame includes a fixed re-sealer end attached to an overlay film. The overlay film covers a workpiece on the cutter table through a movable re-sealer end, which is longitudinally displaced along the table and includes a swing arm on each side of the table. The cutter frame further includes a mandrel attached between the swing arms of the movable re-sealer end and the overlay film. Each of the swing arms include an actuator attached thereto, providing rotation of each of the swing arms in a first direction about an axis of the actuator thereby raising the mandrel above the table. The actuators also include a down stop preventing rotation of the swing arm in a second direction thereby establishing a minimum height of the mandrel above the table.

The present invention relates to a vacuum table for clothes, and more particularly, to a technology that imparts a vacuum suction function so that clothes can be fixed to a table top plate during manufacture and ironing of clothes, controls the foot plate for controlling vacuum suction so as to maintain the vacuum state without being pushed by an operator one by one, and thereby enhances convenience of an operator' work and enables adjustment to suit the operator's body by adjusting the height of the table top plate. That is, the present invention provides a vacuum table for clothes comprising: a plurality of support bases which is mounted vertically, an upper plate part which is mounted on the upper part of the support base so that clothes are placed on it, and has a vacuum suction hole formed at the lower part thereof, a vacuum suction device which is mounted at a lower part of the upper plate part and generates suction pressure in the upper plate part by a motor, a foot plate which is mounted on a mounting rod in the form of horizontally connecting the support base and opens and closes a damper of the vacuum suction device to control the suction propriety of the upper plate part, a position fixing means which is mounted on one side of the foot plate to fix the position of the foot plate in the form of supporting the upper part of the foot plate, and height adjusting means which are respectively mounted on both sides of the support base to adjust the height of the upper plate by the operation of a cylinder.
