Veil Hat Shield
A hat or other article of apparel worn on the head having a brim which includes a transparent, impermeable veil hanging down from the brim on all sides such that the veil surrounds the head, face, neck and upper shoulder region of the wearer. As such, the present invention may prevent the spread of any droplets between inside and outside of the veil's covered area, instead causing droplets to drop down to the ground.
FLOATABLE HEADWEAR
Floatable headwear comprises a head engaging portion adapted for placement on the head of a wearer and a bill having a proximal end attached to the head engaging portion. The bill comprises a rigid layer having a upper surface and a lower surface, an upper fabric layer covering the upper surface of the rigid layer, a lower fabric layer covering the lower surface of the rigid layer, and a neoprene layer between the rigid layer and the lower fabric layer configured to cause the headwear to float when in a body of water with the distal end of the bill extending above the surface of the body of water such that it is visible and graspable by a user.

Topless Bucket Hat
The present invention relates to a hybrid hat having a shape of a visor and a bucket hat. The hat can feature a strap or headband to secure to a wearer's head, and a brim extending therefrom to protect a wearer's face, neck, and ears from sunlight. The hat offers circumferential sun protection of a bucket hat, while allowing for the wearer's hair to extend freely above the headband by having an open aired top portion, similar to a visor. The hat can include an adjustable strap/cord and brim to selectively fit the hat to form a closed circular loop to circumscribe the head of the wearer. The hat can be adjusted by a drawstring which is concealed in a decorative sleeve disposed around the headband. The drawstring can be cinched to adjust the diameter of the headband to fit the size of head of a wearer.

Removable cooling apparatus for a hat
A removable cooling apparatus for a hat spaces a headband of the hat away from a wearer's head, creating an air gap that allows air flow over the wearer's head. A removable cooling apparatus uses coupling structures to hold the removable cooling apparatus in place against the headband. The removable cooling apparatus can be removed completely from the hat when not needed or for cleaning, leaving the hat in an unaltered state. A removable cooling apparatus may use a thin flexible strip to keep the headband of the hat from falling open into the air gap created by the removable cooling apparatus. The removable cooling apparatus use compressible pads to space the headband away from the wearer's head. The contact location of the compressible pads with the wearer's head can be easily adjusted by the wearer.
