METHOD OF MAKING A COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Provided are, among other things, systems, methods and techniques for making a shoe outsole and to shoe outsoles made using such techniques. In one such technique, a sheet of composite material is produced by extruding a base material together with a sheet of fabric material. The sheet of composite material is then cut into an outsole component, and a shoe outsole is fabricated using the outsole component.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POROUS MIDSOLE, AND POROUS MIDSOLE USING SAME
Provided is a method for manufacturing a porous midsole the method including: a cotton-beating step (S1) of forming a midsole base (10) having porous voids 16 by mixing low melting fibers (12) and high melting fibers (14); and a thermoforming step (S2) of bonding and fixing the high melting fibers into a compressed state by the melt adhesive strength of the low melting fibers (12) by compressively thermoforming the midsole base (10) at a melting point temperature of the low melting fibers (12).
FOOTWEAR MIDSOLE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURE AND MOULD FOR THE MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A footwear midsole, method of manufacture and mould for the manufacture thereof, which relates to a footwear midsole and a method for the manufacture of a footwear midsole obtained by moulding. The midsole presents a first body with a hollow or recess that determines perimeter walls in said first body with an intermediate filling that extends above the perimeter walls and a third material, acting as a lining, overlaid on the second material. The method uses a special mould which, in addition to a lower part and an upper part, is equipped with an intermediate piece, such that the method presents a casting phase between the aforementioned walls of a filling layer of said second material, preferably polyurethane.

Lacing system
A lace-receiving assembly includes a substrate, a first sheet, and a lace guide. The substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The first sheet includes a third surface and a fourth surface opposite the third surface. The third surface is bonded to the first surface to define a channel extending between the substrate and the first sheet. The lace guide is disposed within the channel.
Textile
A textile with high weave density which comprises a main-yarn made of a Japanese paper yarn and a sub-yarn thinner than the main-yarn interwoven with each other, wherein the textile has a weave texture structure including warps A and wefts A made of the main-yarn, and warps B and wefts B made of the sub-yarn, wherein in the weave texture structure, warp rows have a repeating row structure where a plurality of warps B are located between two warps A and weft rows have a repeating row structure where a plurality of wefts B are located between two wefts A, and wherein the warps A and the wefts A cross each other in a plain weave texture structure.
