Molded Insole, Footwear Item, And Manufacturing Method
A molded insole includes a base, an internal lateral arch that is provided to accommodate the arch of the foot and that is raised relative to the base, and at least one hard region that is integrated into the base, having a hardness equal to or greater than that of the base. The base and the internal lateral arch of the insole constitute a single, mono-material part.
CUSTOMIZED INSOLES FOR DIABETIC AND PRESSURE ULCERS
Disclosed herein are insoles useful for treating skin injuries on a foot, for instance ulcers. The insoles are customizable for each patient's foot and can include various portions of differing softness, depending on the needs of the patient. For instance, it can be beneficial for certain sections of the foot to contact a firmer material, whereas other sections contact a softer material. Some, or all, of the materials can include one or more biofidelic skin simulant materials. Thus, various implementations include one or more regions that can include the same or different materials. For example, a custom insole can include a heel support region, a midfoot support region, and a forefoot support region, and the support regions can be subdivided into medial and lateral support regions or toe regions. One or more regions may have a custom isolation segment to prevent the progression of ulcers and/or expedite wound healing.
RECYCLABLE CROSSLINKED POLYMERIC FOAM AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
A recyclable crosslinked polymeric foam includes a reaction product of 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a radical initiator, based on 100 parts by weight of a polymeric material. The crosslinking agent is represented by the following formula:
##STR00001##
wherein R is an alkylene group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, an arylene group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, or a cycloalkylene group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms.
SHOE SOLE AND SHOE INCLUDING THE SAME
A shoe sole includes an outsole and a sole body. The sole body includes a low hardness portion made of a foam material having relatively low hardness and a high hardness portion made of a foam material having relatively high hardness. The low hardness portion is provided to define an entire area of a lower surface of the sole body. The high hardness portion is disposed only in a specific region of a region located above the low hardness portion of the sole body.
Soles for sports shoes
Improved soles and insoles for shoes, in particular sports shoes, are described. In an aspect, a sole for a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with at least a first and a second surface region is provided. The first surface region comprises expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (“TPU”). The second surface region is free from expanded TPU.
ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR HAVING A PLATE
A method of manufacturing a component for a sole structure of an article of footwear includes providing a printer having a platform, a first head that receives a first feed, and a second head that receives a second feed. The method further includes printing a base layer on the platform, with the base layer comprising a substrate material and defining a longitudinal axis. Additionally, the method includes printing a first fiber layer continuously on the base layer, with the first fiber layer defining a first fiber orientation that is disposed at a first angle relative to the longitudinal axis, and printing a second fiber layer continuously on the first fiber layer, the second fiber layer defining a second fiber orientation that is disposed at a second angle relative to the longitudinal axis. The first angle is different from the second angle.
INSOLE
The present invention relates to an electrical insole technical field, more particularly, involved to an insole. The insole includes an insole body, a lower pad and a mounting box. The insole body is provided with a bottom surface, a first rear end and a first front end. The lower pad is provided with a second front end and a second rear end; the second front end is correspondingly stacked with the first front end, the second rear end is correspondingly folded with the read end; the mounting box is fixed in the mounting cavity. The lower pad of the insole is correspondingly stacked with the bottom surface of the insole body, with the stacked design, the insole can be assembled quickly and easily, with less assembly procedures.
Fiber-Based Shoe Insoles and Methods of Manufacturing the Same
A shoe insole includes an insole padding having a bottom surface and a top surface. The insole padding is comprised of vertically oriented non-woven fibers. The non-woven fibers that comprise the insole padding are generally vertically oriented relative to the bottom surface and the top surface of the insole padding.
Insole-sock insert for footwear
The implementation improves in the best possible way the integration between the insole and a modified sock, different than those currently known. The present implementation describes an insole-sock type insert for shoes, which presents a novel configuration that consists of an insole, which has a short, medium, or modified sock attached to it, totally or partially, within the extension of the insole; a short, medium, or modified sock, partially attached to the insole, remaining loose or free in the front part where the toes go and/or part of the instep as well as the front part of the foot, and; an attachment mechanism between the insole and the short, medium, or modified sock, which allows for their attachment, where such mechanism is a seam, Velcro, adhesive, or any other type of method that has the same function.
Assembly-type insole for footwear
An assembly-type insole of the present invention is a shoe insole arranged on an inner bottom surface of a shoe so as to protect the sole of a wearer's foot, the insole comprising: a heel bottom-support configured to support a bottom part of the heel of the wearer's foot; a heel bottom support plate configured to allow the heel bottom support to be attached thereto; an inner arch support configured to support the inner arch part of the wearer's foot sole; an arch inside-support plate positioned inwardly from the longitudinal center of the arch of the foot sole to allow the inner arch support attached thereto; an outer arch support configured to support the outer arch part of the foot sole; an outer arch support plate positioned outwardly from the longitudinal center of the arch of the foot sole to allow the outer arch support attached thereto; an insole base configured to support the arch of the sole and the sole positioned at the front of the arch; and a support plate engagement member configured to allow the heel bottom support plate, the inner arch support plate, and the outer arch support plate to be engaged thereto.
