DOT BONDING SHOE INSOLE USING ADHESIVE RESIN MIXED WITH HYDROPHOBIC NANO- SILICA AND MANUFACTURING THEREOF
A present invention related to a method for manufacturing a dot bonding shoe insole using an adhesive resin containing hydrophobic nano-silica, including: melting adhesive resin made of any one selected from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) containing hydrophobic nano-silica in the range of 0.2 to 5 phr and applying to the surface of the transfer roller in which the intaglio dot pattern is formed in a mesh shape in the shape of the shoe insole;
removing the adhesive resin applied other area than the intaglio dot pattern of the surface of the transfer roller;
transferring the adhesive resin applied to the intaglio dot pattern of the surface of the transfer roller to either one of the foam or the fabric;
bonding the foam and the fabric by compressing; and
cutting a shoe insole shape in a package in which the foam and the fabric are bonded.
Vertically lapped nonwoven in footwear
Footwear with vertically lapped nonwoven layers in upper and sole structures for enhanced breathability and moisture wicking is disclosed. Exemplary vertically lapped nonwoven dual layers comprise one or more hydrophobic layers and one or more hydrophilic layers that are adhered to each other by a plurality of methods and are further integrated into the inside of the upper and sole of the footwear so that the hydrophilic layer is in direct contact with the feet. The hydrophilic part of the dual layer wicks sweat or bodily fluid from the wearer into the nonwoven and transports the moisture to the hydrophobic layer for fast evaporation, thus keeping the feet dry. The nonwoven footwear is environmentally friendly as the nonwoven layers can be made of recycled materials and may be fully recyclable.
FOOTWEAR INSOLE
A footwear insole includes a base layer configured to overlie a sole of an article of footwear, a moisture permeable layer overlying the base layer, and an airgap structure captured between the base layer and the moisture permeable layer. Perimetric edges of the base layer, the airgap structure and the moisture permeable layer are aligned to form an insole perimetric edge.
Stretchable Waterproof Liner
Waterproof articles of footwear having an improved fit and waterproof stretchable liners are provided. The footwear and liners of the present technology may include various stretchable components configured to tightly secure and conform to a user's foot and adapted to provide a tighter and more versatile fit around the differently sized and shaped feet of various different users. In some aspects of the present technology, the waterproof liner may contain one or more stretchable panels and one or more non-stretchable or less stretchable panels. In other aspects, waterproof footwear may be provided with stretchable components such as straps or bands adapted to secure a user's foot.
Toe Warming Shoe Insert Apparatus
A toe warming shoe insert apparatus for keeping a user's feet and toes warm and dry includes an insole base having a base top side, a base bottom side, a base perimeter, a base toe portion, and a base heel portion. The insole base is padded. A toe cover is coupled to the insole base. The toe cover is coupled to the base perimeter around the base toe portion and has an arcuate profile to define a toe cavity configured to receive a user's toes. The toe cover is waterproof. The insole base and the toe cover fit securely within a user's shoe or boot to serve as a padded and warming insole for his or her feet bottoms and toes.
Waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe and manufacturing method thereof
A method for manufacturing a waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe comprising the steps of providing an upper and a lining comprising at least one functional layer of vapor-permeable and waterproof material, providing an insole comprising a functional support sheet of vapor-permeable and waterproof material, coupling the peripheral edge of the functional layer of the lining to the peripheral edge of the functional sheet of the insole by way of a sealing waterproof adhesive so as to shape a sock of vapor-permeable and waterproof material, couple the upper to the outer surface of the lining by way of a vapor-permeable adhesive; and couple a sole to the upper and/or to the lining and/or to the insole.

Breathable shoe
A breathable shoe, including an outsole arranged below a structural insert that is at least partially breathable, and below an upper. The outsole is at least partially breathable, including at least one sheet-like breathable element defined by a plurality of granules made of expanded material and having a uniform size, arranged in a substantially ordered manner and between which there are voids that form one or more channels through the breathable element that are permeable to air and/or vapor.
