A shoe device having bimodal structures, configured to selectively snap the device to at least one of a second position and a first position, which selectively snaps the shoe into a first position upon being subjected to a first bending force, apt for placement or removal of a foot, and selectively snaps the shoe into a second position upon being subjected to a second bending force, apt for securement of a foot or having no foot. A forward leaning, flexible stadium arch structure, assembled to form a heel notch mechanism, connects to a sole. A morphing shoe collar portion connects to a heel. These are combined via vector changing devices for greater functionality.

A shock absorber includes a shock absorbing portion having a three-dimensional shape formed by a wall in which an outer shape is defined by a pair of parallel curved surfaces. The shock absorbing portion includes at least one three-dimensional structure body obtained by changing a shape of a unit structure body thickened based on a unit structure of a Schwartz P structure. The shape of the three-dimensional structure body in an unloaded state is a shape obtained by changing the shape of the unit structure so as to follow the shape change of the unit structure body, which is the regular hexahedron shaped space occupied by the unit structure body, into the trapezoidal space.

SHOE SOLE AND SHOE

A shoe sole includes a sole body including a midsole and a shock absorber. The shock absorber is disposed adjacent to the midsole in a direction intersecting a thickness direction of the sole body. The midsole includes a first opposing surface that is opposed to the shock absorber and inclined with respect to the thickness direction, and the shock absorber includes a shock absorbing portion having a three-dimensional shape formed by a wall in which an outer shape is defined by a pair of parallel curved surfaces and a plate-shaped fixing wall including a second opposing surface opposed to the first opposing surface. The fixing wall is inclined with respect to the thickness direction such that the second opposing surface is parallel to the first opposing surface. The shock absorber is fixed to the midsole by bonding the first opposing surface and the second opposing surface through an adhesive layer.

A high heel footwear including a heel tip assembly and a heel assembly. The heel tip assembly includes a top lift abutting against the heel, a rigid shaft member having a threaded portion, and a first wedge-lock feature configured to prevent the top lift from rotating. The heel assembly includes a threaded insert, a spring, a hollow insert, and a second wedge-lock feature. The threaded insert is received inside an opening formed in the heel to receive the threaded portion of the rigid shaft member. The spring is also received inside the opening and abuts against the threaded insert. The hollow insert abuts against the spring. The rigid shaft member passes through the threaded insert, the spring, and the hollow insert. The second wedge-lock feature locks with the first wedge-lock feature to retain the top lift on the end of the heel. A cutout feature in the heel tip cooperates with the shaft member to lock the two together and allow the heel tip to be replaced without removing the shaft member.
