METHOD OF MAKING A MOISTURE-PERMEABLE AND WATERPROOF SHOE
A method of making a moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe includes: forming a vamp and a bottom liner from a fabric laminate and connecting the vamp and the bottom liner to form a semi-finished shoe with seams; disposing a shoe last in a foot-receiving space provided in the semi-finished shoe; coating an outer surface of the semi-finished shoe with a resin material and curing the resin material to form a moisture-permeable and waterproof resin layer on the outer surface of the semi-finished shoe and to cover the seams; attaching a shoe sole to the bottom liner; and removing the shoe last from the receiving space.
MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF SHOE
A moisture-permeable waterproof shoe includes an upper defining an interior space, and an inner sleeve unit disposed in the interior space and including a shoe-shaped inner sleeve defining a foot space and having an inner sleeve bottom surface, a moisture-permeable waterproof layer located on an outer side thereof, and a bottom seam formed on the inner sleeve bottom surface. A waterproof unit includes a bottom waterproof strip fixed to an outer surface of the waterproof layer at a position corresponding to the bottom seam so as to cover the bottom seam and formed with at least one gap. A bottom sealing member is fixed to the inner sleeve bottom surface. A sole is fixed to a bottom portion of the upper.
BREATHABLE AND WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR
A footwear includes an upper attached to a sole. The upper includes an outer layer and an inner membrane. The outer layer has a lower end. The lower end of the outer layer has an outer layer lower edge. The membrane includes a lower end of the membrane. The lower end of the membrane has a lower edge of the membrane. The membrane (MEM) is suspended within the footwear between an upper circumference of the upper and a lower anchoring circumference by means of an anchoring adhesive. The lower end of the membrane is stitched to the insole along a lower circumference. The upper circumference is lower than the top edge of the footwear.
DEEP-DRAWN SEGMENT
A method for producing a water-tight, water-vapour-permeable segment, having a three-dimensional contour, for a shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack or for producing a shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack, the segment being free of connection points in its surface, and the method for producing the segment being a thermoforming process in which the two-dimensional flat structure obtained is completely laminated in its entirety, the segment being free of connection points in its surface. Also, a water-tight, water-vapour-permeable segment of a three-dimensional functional laminate for introduction into a shoe or shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack, the segment being dimensionally stable under its own weight, of a single piece and free of connection points in its surface.
CEMENTED WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR
A footwear including an upper, a sole, and an insole attached to the sole. The upper has a lower end facing towards the sole. The upper is at least partly provided by a membrane and an outer layer. The membrane is waterproof and breathable. The upper has an upper top end and an upper lower end. The membrane is attached to the outer layer, which has a lower end. The membrane comprises a lower end of the membrane. The membrane of the upper is attached to the insole by a stitching. The stitching attaches the lower end of the membrane to the insole by stitches without perforating the lower end of the outer layer. A waterproof bottom sealing is at least partly comprised by a first adhesive pre-adhered to the lower end of the membrane and a second adhesive pre-adhered to the sole. The upper is adhered to the sole.
WATERPROOF AND BREATHABLE FOOTWEAR COMPRISING A TOE CAP AND A HEEL CAP
A footwear includes an upper and an outsole. The upper includes an outer layer and a membrane. The membrane is waterproof and breathable and has a lower end. The outer layer has a lower end. The lower end of the membrane is attached to an insole around the circumference of the insole. The membrane is at least partly attached to the outer layer by means of a toe cap and/or a heel cap adhering to both the membrane and the outer layer. The toe cap is positioned between the outer layer and the membrane of the upper in a toe end of the footwear, and/or the heel cap is positioned between the outer layer and the membrane of the upper in a heel end of the footwear.
WATERPROOF AND BREATHABLE FOOTWEAR RESISTANT TO POST-TREATMENT
A footwear includes an upper and a sole. The upper includes a membrane and at least one outer layer. The membrane is a waterproof and breathable membrane. The membrane is attached to an insole and the membrane is attached to a lower end of the outer layer. The membrane is adhered to the lower end of the outer layer by an anchoring adhesive. The anchoring adhesive is resistant to post treatment and the insole is attached to the sole.
COMPOSITE MATERIALS WITH MEMBRANE
Composite materials are described herein. An example composite material may comprise a shell fiber layer. The example composite material may comprise a membrane disposed adjacent the shell fiber layer.
Moisture-permeable waterproof shoe
A moisture-permeable waterproof shoe includes an upper unit, an inner sleeve unit, and an outsole unit. The upper unit defines an inner space having a top open end and a bottom closed end. The inner sleeve unit is fixedly disposed in the inner space, and includes a moisture-permeable waterproof shoe-like inner sleeve and a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) sheet. The moisture-permeable waterproof shoe-like inner sleeve has an inner sleeve bottom surface and defines a wearing space having a top open end and a bottom closed end. The TPU sheet has a top surface fixedly connected to the inner sleeve bottom surface by a high-frequency welding method. The outsole unit is fixedly connected to an underside of the upper unit.
FIBER-CONTAINING STRUCTURE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to a fiber-containing structure comprising an interwoven and welded base material and a welded elastomer layer, and at least one part of the base material and the welded elastomer layer are welded to each other. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the fiber-containing structure and a shoe structure containing the fiber-containing structure.
