Locking and unlocking device for a sports boot

A locking and unlocking device includes an actuation element and a lock and a rear deflector. The actuation element is mobile between a first position and a second position, controlling the position of the lock and the position of the rear deflector such that in the first position, the lock occupies a locking position to block an upper cuff in rotation relative to a shell base, and the rear deflector occupies a low position to close a cut-out at the rear of a shell base; and in the second position, the lock occupies an unlocking position to release the rotation of an upper cuff relative to a shell base, and the rear deflector occupies a high position to open up at least partly a cut-out at the rear of a shell base, in order to increase the amplitude of flexure of a lower leg in a sports boot.

Sports boot having a lower portion to surround a user's foot, an upper portion to surround the user's lower leg and movable in relation to the lower portion, and mechanisms blocking the lower portion in relation to the upper portion. The upper portion includes disjointed lateral and medial portions, each rotationally articulated with the lower portion. The blocking mechanisms include an element movable in relation to the lower portion between a blocking position, in which the blocking mechanisms at least partially lock upper portion movement in relation to the lower portion, and an unblocking position in which the blocking mechanisms allow upper portion free movement in relation to the lower portion. When the blocking element is in the unblocking position, the blocking mechanisms allow translational movement of the lateral portion in relation to the medial portion at least along a direction perpendicular to an outsole of the boot.

SPORTS FOOTWEAR, IN PARTICULAR A SKI OR SNOWBOARD BOOT

This invention relates to sports footwear, in particular a ski or snowboard shoe or boot, including a shell provided at the top with a longitudinal opening, a flap or tongue extending longitudinally along the shell and connectable near the region of the tip. The flap or tongue is capable of covering the opening and is removably connectable to the shell to define a first configuration of the sports footwear, in which the flap or tongue is connected to the shell in order to limit or prevent, during use, the oscillation movement of the user's leg in relation to the foot, and a second configuration, in which the flap or tongue is removed from the shell to allow, during use, the free oscillation movement of the user's leg in relation to the foot.

SHELL FOR A SKI BOOT, IN PARTICULAR FOR A SKI TOURING BOOT

A shell for a ski boot of the kind comprising an outer shell made of a substantially rigid material and an inner liner made of a substantially soft material is provided. The shell is provided with a gaiter made of a waterproof material, and the lower edge of the gaiter is secured to the inner surface of the shell and the gaiter extends beyond the upper edge of the shell. Preferably, the base of the shell comprises a removable portion so that a through-opening is obtained in the base of the shell, which through-opening guarantees an easy access to the inner space of the shell for accurate securing of the gaiter to the inner surface of the shell.

The disclosure relates to a ski boot shell having a notch in the rear upper portion thereof, a rear bearing element movably connected relative to the shell, the rear bearing element has a first position in which it abuts against at least one surface of the shell to at least partially close the notch when skiing, and a second position withdrawn backward to allow the leg of a skier to be straightened when walking.

Ski boot

A ski boot comprising: a rigid shell which is shaped so as to accommodate the foot of the user, and has a lower part structured to be able to couple to a ski binding device; a rigid cuff which is shaped so as to enclose the lower part of the leg of the user, and is pivotally joined to the shell so as to be able to swing about a rotation axis substantially perpendicular to the midplane of the boot; and a cuff locking device which is located on the cuff and is selectively adapted to rigidly connect the cuff to the shell to prevent the cuff from swinging on the shell; the cuff locking device, in turn, comprising a movable arm which is pivotally joined to the cuff so as to be able to rotate to and from a locking position in which the movable arm extends downwards and arranges its distal end in abutment on an anchorage structure present on said shell, and an elastic assembly which is adapted to bring and elastically retain the movable arm in the locking position, and which basically consists of a telescopic stem that lies substantially on the rotation plane of the movable arm and is interposed between the movable arm and a fixed point on the cuff, and of an elastic opposing member that is fitted on the telescopic stem, and acts on the telescopic stem so as to bring and elastically maintain the telescopic stem in a maximum extension configuration.
