Ski boot, more particularly boot for ski mountaineering

A ski boot of the kind comprising a substantially rigid outer shell and a cuff articulated to the shell is provided and further includes a locking device which can be switched between a first configuration, in which the rotation of the cuff relative to the shell is allowed, and a second configuration, in which the rotation of the cuff relative to the shell is prevented. The locking device of the ski boot also includes deadlocking means which prevents the locking device from being accidentally moved from the configuration in which it is, specifically when it is in the second configuration.

A ski boot comprising: a substantially rigid foot-case, which is adapted to accommodate the user's foot and has the lower part structured to couple with a ski binding device; a substantially rigid cuff, which is adapted to surround the lower part of the user's leg, and is pivotally joined to the foot-case so as to be able to rotate about a reference axis substantially perpendicular to the midplane of the ski boot; and foot-case closing means which are adapted to selectively close/tighten the foot-case against the user's foot, and comprise: an oblong, transversal locking band with a flexible and substantially inextensible structure, which extends transversally to the midplane of the ski boot, astride of and flush to the protective tongue or gaiter, and has a first end firmly fixed to a first lateral side of the foot-case; and a manually-operated coupling assembly, which is adapted to connect the second end of the transversal locking band selectively and alternatively to the foot-case or to the cuff, at a second lateral side of the foot-case opposite to said first lateral side.

The locking device (10) for immobilizing a hinge between a shell (2) and a cuff (3) of a sports shoe (1) includes an immobilizing element (22) mobile between an immobilizing position and a release position, and a blade (12) intended to cooperate with the immobilizing element to immobilize the hinge when the immobilizing element is in the immobilizing position, the immobilizing element including a first guide surface (53) and the blade including a second guide surface (54), the first guide surface cooperating with the second guide surface to guide movement of the blade relative to the immobilizing element when the immobilizing element is in the release position and the cuff pivots relative to the shell.

Ski boot

A ski boot including a rigid foot-case that accommodates a user's foot, a rigid cuff, which is pivotally joined to the foot-case so as to be able to rotate about a reference axis substantially perpendicular to the midplane of the ski boot, and foot-case closing means which are adapted to selectively close/tighten the foot-case against the user's foot. The foot-case closing means includes an oblong, transversal locking band that extends transversally to the midplane of the ski boot and has a first end firmly fixed to a first lateral side of the foot-case, and a manually-operated coupling assembly, which is adapted to connect the second end of the transversal locking band selectively and alternatively to the foot-case or to the cuff, at a second lateral side of the foot-case opposite to said first lateral side.

An anchoring plate for a closure device for a sports footwear and a closure device for a sports footwear incorporating such anchoring plate are provided. The anchoring plate comprisesin addition to a body provided with hooking seats for the hooking member of the tensioning member of a closure devicean extendable member which is movably connected to the body and is provided with at least one additional hooking seat. In this way, a closure device incorporating the anchoring plate can move from a configuration in which the user's foot is firmly held inside the sports footwear to a configuration in which the user's foot has a certain freedom of movement inside the footwear, and in either of the configurations the elements of the closure device are retained in some way, so as not to be of hindrance to the user.

SKI BOOT

A ski boot includes a substantially rigid foot-casing that accommodates a user's foot; a substantially rigid cuff enclosing the lower leg of the user and hinged to the foot-casing for swinging about a first rotation axis substantially perpendicular to a midplane of the ski boot; a protective innerboot within the foot-casing and adapted to accommodate the user's foot; and a manually-operated cuff closing assembly adapted to tighten the cuff on the user's leg, and in turn includes: a manually-operated tensioning device rigidly fixed on a first lateral side of the cuff; a flexible ribbon having two ends rigidly fixed to the second lateral side of the cuff opposite to said first lateral side, and extends grazing the front part of the cuff up to the tensioning device; and a coupling member is fitted in free slidable manner on said flexible ribbon, to couple in releasable manner to said tensioning device.
