SNOWSHOES
Snowshoes are provided which include a footwear supporting plate, a front binding device and a rear binding device. The plate has a lattice-like, essentially flat configuration formed by a plurality of hollow prismatic structures partially superimposed on one another. The main axis (x) of each hollow prismatic structure may be inclined by an angle (α) between 20° and 70° relative to a middle plane of the plate, in such a manner that lower edges of the hollow prismatic structures form sharp edges which allow the plate to grip snow and inner surfaces of the hollow prismatic structures offer high resistance to penetration into snow allowing for the distribution of weight of a user over a wide contact surface, thereby ensuring good floatability.
LEVELING APPARATUS CONFIGURED TO PROVIDE A LEVEL SURFACE WITH RESPECT TO AN INCLINE PLANE
Embodiments herein relate to an apparatus that provides balance on a plane to a user. The apparatus includes an attachment plate, a boat plate, a first fastener, and an adjustable bracket. The boat plate includes a first surface configured to contact the plane. The first fastener attaches a first end of the attachment plate to a first end of the boat plate. The adjustable bracket can attach to a second end of the boat plate, thereby fixing a second end of the attachment plate to cause the attachment plate to be at a horizontal level.

Padded overshoe assembly
A padded overshoe assembly for facilitating a user to walk on a fragile surface includes a shoe binding for receiving a user's shoe. A paddle is provided and the shoe binding is pivotally disposed on the paddle. The paddle has a width and a length that is greater than the width and the length of the sole to evenly distribute the user's weight over a surface upon which the user is walking thereby reducing the likelihood the user will damage the surface. A cushion is coupled to and extends downwardly from the paddle to abut the surface upon which the user is walking. Additionally, the cushion is comprised of a resiliently compressible material to inhibit the surface from being damaged by the user.

The plate has a lattice-like, essentially flat configuration formed by a plurality of hollow prismatic structures partially superimposed on one another. The main axis (x) of each hollow prismatic structure may be inclined by an angle (α) between 200 and 70° relative to a middle plane of the plate, in such a manner that lower edges of the hollow prismatic structures form sharp edges which allow the plate to grip snow and inner surfaces of the hollow prismatic structures offer high resistance to penetration into snow allowing for the distribution of weight of a user over a wide contact surface, thereby ensuring good floatability.

ORTHOTIC DEVICE FOR HAPTIC TERRAIN FEEDBACK AND CONTROL
An orthotic device for haptic terrain feedback and control includes a plate having a mechatronic unit, a bladder structure secured to the plate, the bladder structure having one or more bladder cells, and a passageway extending between the bladder cell and an environment outside the orthotic device. The orthotic device is configured to provide haptic feedback to a user by way of selective inflation and deflation of the one or more bladder cells.
Sole of shoe having partially adjustable height depending on inclination
A shoe sole includes a sole contact portion 42, a ground contact portion 44, a plurality of fluid casings 12 configured to include a pair of fluid casings arranged in the front and rear direction and a pair of fluid casings arranged in the left and right direction between the sole contact portion and the ground contact portion and made of an elastic material, and plurality of valve units 20 and 30 configured to connect the pair of fluid casings in the front and rear direction and the pair of fluid casings in the left and right direction and to permit a flow of a fluid only from fluid casings at a high position to fluid casings at a low position when the sole of the shoe is inclined in the front and rear direction and/or in the left and right direction.
WALKING DEVICE FOR WALKING ON SOLAR MODULES
The invention relates to one of two walking devices for walking on solar modules, with a support apparatus which is downwardly adjoined by a damping device, with a foot receptacle provided above the support apparatus, and with a compensating apparatus which is arranged between the support apparatus and the foot receptacle and permits movement and locking of the foot receptacle. A first solution proposes that at least the bottom side of the support apparatus and/or the bottom side of the damping device are/is deflected downwards in a spatially curved manner. A second solution imparts that the support apparatus has at least a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is arranged on the second part, wherein furthermore at least the second part is designed such that it springs back, and wherein the outline of the first part is smaller than the outline of the second part.
