LAST
A last includes a base part including a bottom and a plurality of additional parts, each of which is formed in a plate shape and is capable of being assembled to the base part. The base part includes a mounting unit and a first forming surface. The plurality of additional parts include a second forming surface. Each additional part has an end face. The second forming surface includes the end face of each of the plurality of additional parts. The base part includes a first base member including a mounting unit and a second base member attachable to and detachable from the first base member.
A LAST FOR FOOTWEAR PRODUCTION
A last for footwear production. The last includes a last main body that has an external surface that at least partly has a shape of a human foot, and a movable last body part. The last main body and the movable last body part are at least partly formed by additive manufacturing. The main body and the movable last body part each include guiding structures configured for guiding at least partly a relational movement of the last main body and the movable last body part.
Digital mechanical measurement last and signal acquisition and analysis method thereof
A digital mechanical measurement last comprises a three-dimensional tension-compression sensor, the center of the three-dimensional tension-compression sensor coincides with the mass center of the last, the long axis of the three-dimensional tension-compression sensor is parallel to the long axis of the last, two ends of the three-dimensional tension-compression sensor are connected to the front part and the rear part of the last, and circumference of the three-dimensional tension-compression sensor is not in contact with the last. The last helps a model designer to check and analyze problems existing in shoe models and materials, so as to improve timeliness and accuracy of model modification, save manpower, material resources and research and development time, and make shoe products fitter and more comfortable.
FOOTWEAR LAST
A last for footwear production includes a last body having a side wall having an external surface having at least partly a shape of a human foot and an internal surface defining an inner volume of the last body, and an attachment structure configured to attach the last body to a footwear manufacturing device.
A SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING MOULD-BASED EQUIPMENT FOR DIRECT INJECTION PRODUCTION OF FOOTWEAR AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOOTWEAR
A system of manufacturing equipment including molds for a direct injection production of footwear. The system includes a design facility that provides a design. A mold manufacturing facility manufactures a mold for the design for molding a sole of the footwear. A last manufacturing facility manufactures a last of the design. A footwear manufacturing facility manufactures footwear according to the design. The last corresponds to the footwear design and the mold corresponds to the footwear design. The mold is a basic direct injection mold and at least partly channels injection material to a mold cavity and further accommodates direct injection mold inserts. Mold descriptive data of the mold inserts is communicated to the footwear manufacturing facility to manufacture the mold inserts, or the mold inserts are manufactured at the mold manufacturing facility based on the mold descriptive data and transported to the footwear manufacturing facility.
METHOD FOR PERMANENTLY WATERPROOFING FOOTWEAR
A method for waterproofing footwear (2), the footwear (2) including an upper assembly (4) having an outer construction (6) and a sole (8), includes providing a waterproof, breathable bootie (10) having a waterproof, breathable laminate construction, the waterproof, breathable laminate construction comprising a functional layer (54) and at least one textile layer (56, 58); inserting the waterproof, breathable bootie (10) into an inner space (12) of the outer construction (6) and the sole (8), when the outer construction (6) and the sole (8) are in an assembled state; and fixing the waterproof, breathable bootie (10) in position in the inner space (12) of the outer construction (6) and the sole (8).
Shoe Last with Screw Joint
A shoe last with a back part and a front part connected by a joint for de-lasting. The joint is operated by the rotation of a threaded component, possibly with a drill. The relative motion of the back and front parts may be restricted to sliding. The shoe last and joint are optimized for 3D printing.
SKATE OR OTHER FOOTWEAR
A skate (e.g., an ice skate) for a skater (e.g., a hockey player). The skate comprises a skate boot for receiving a foot of the skater and a skating device (e.g., a blade and 5 a blade holder) disposed beneath the skate boot to engage a skating surface (e.g., ice). At least part of the skate boot and optionally at least part of one or more other components (e.g., the skating device) may be constructed from one or more materials (e.g., foams) molded by flowing in molding equipment during a molding process (e.g., injection molding or casting). This may allow the skate (or other 0 footwear) to have useful performance characteristics (e.g., reduced weight, proper fit and comfort, etc.) while being more cost-effectively manufactured. Other articles of footwear are also provided.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIGHT-WEIGHT WATERPROOF SHOE/BOOT
A method for manufacturing a light-weight waterproof shoe/boot includes steps of cutting waterproof leather, arranging and stacking vamp section, forming through hot pressing, sewing heel section, hot-pressing heel section, combining midsole, and injecting sole to accompany fabrication of a waterproof shoe/boot, in which fabrication of a vamp section and a shaft section is accomplished through hot pressing the waterproof leather that is coated with a hot-melt adhesive; a sewing line of a heel section is covered by a heel water-resistant plate that is attached thereto through hot pressing to provide an effect of waterproofness; and a sewing line between a midsole and the vamp section is covered by an upper rim of a sole to achieve an effect of waterproofness. The vamp section and the shaft section are made with the waterproof leather that is light and thin so that the weight of the waterproof shoe/boot is greatly reduced.
