SURFACE ELECTROLYTIC TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR GARMENT ACCESSORY PART
A method for subjecting garment accessories to a surface electrolytic treatment provides various metallic colors to metallic garment accessories in a cost effective manner. The method can provide a first metallic color on one side of outer surface of the garment accessory and provide a second metallic color on the other side of the outer surface, by placing one or more metallic garment accessories in an electrolytic solution in a non-contact state with an anode and a cathode for passing electric current through the electrolytic solution, passing electric current through the electrolytic solution and generating a bipolar phenomenon on the garment accessory.
COVER AND BUTTON MADE FROM A NON-ABRASIVE MATERIAL
A cover and/or a button for protecting apparel from abrasion due to contact of the cover with the apparel has a top around a perimeter encircling the cover and a base positioned opposite to the top. The cover is made from silicone with a hardness within the range of 10-90 as measured on the silicone hardness Shore A scale. The top and the base connect to the perimeter to enclose an interior. The interior expands to surround the fastener. The cover compresses to reduce the distance from the perimeter to the orifice to accommodate engagement of the cover with the fastener. The cover is made from any one of a group consisting of: silicone, silicone rubber, rubber, polyurethane, plastic, one or more types of epoxy resin, or other synthetic substances.

Magnetic holding assembly
A holding assembly comprises a first button shaped portion having a first contact portion comprising a ferromagnetic plate. A magnetic core is embedded in the first contact portion. A magnetic shield is disposed on the first contact portion to direct magnetic flux from the magnetic core towards the first contact portion. A second button shaped portion has a second contact portion comprising a ferromagnetic plate. A magnetic shield is disposed on the second contact portion to direct magnetic flux from the magnetic core towards the second contact portion. The second button shaped portion is positionable on a non-magnetic sheet with the second contact portion opposing the first contact portion to clamp to the non-magnetic sheet where the magnetic flux is substantially contained within the holding assembly.
MARKER FOR OBJECTS THAT INDICATES THE DEGREE OF RELEASE INTO THE ENVIRONMENT OF ELEMENTS THAT ARE DIFFICULT OR SLOW TO BIODEGRADE (HARMFUL ELEMENTS)
The marker of the degree of release of elements that are difficultly or slowly biodegradable (harmful elements) into the environment for objects consisting of an element (1, 1′, 1″) with a structure which ostensibly modifies the appearance thereof at a rate in accordance with the wear of the fabric of the article (2) for which it is intended, warning the user about it. Said element consists of a button (1) or a label (1′) comprising two layers that are different in appearance, a surface one (11) and a central or lower one (12), the outer one (11) being “able to be worn out” until it disappears at a rate in accordance with the fabric of the article (2). In another variant, the element is a seam (1″) consisting of a thread that is “able to be worn out” until it disappears at the rate in accordance with the deterioration of the fabric of the article (2) for which it is intended.

Tactile feedback magnetic closure device
The tactile feedback magnetic closure device disclosed herein may include a pair of magnets having distinct tactile components that indicate to a user which magnet should be placed outside of the other for proper alignment of clothing flaps. These tactile components may vary, as desired, but may generally include a protrusion, or arrangement of protrusions, or a depression, or arrangement of depressions, in or attached to the magnets themselves. The tactile feedback magnetic closure device may include any appropriate magnetic, resilient, waterproof, and heat-resistant material and may be attached to, or integrated into, an article of clothing. The device is designed to overcome the shortcomings in the prior art, which specifically include the lack of ability to determine that the magnetic closure is correctly aligned when the user cannot visually confirm its alignment.

Flexible coupler system and methods of operation
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a releasable flexible coupling system comprising a base, a coupling member, and a sewn member. The coupling member is fixably coupled to the base across the widthwise dimension on opposite sides of the lengthwise dimension forming a recess between the base and the coupling member. The sewn member comprises a strap, a folded region, and a primary stitch. The strap includes a body and a lengthwise end. The folded region is disposed on the lengthwise end of the strap and includes a portion that overlaps the body. The primary stitch extends through both the folded region and the body of the strap. An optional stiffener may be disposed between the lengthwise end of the strap and the folded region. The primary stitch will also extend through the stiffener if present.
