Each of the latch plates has a locking portion inserted through one of the passages of the dustproof cover into one of the insertion slots of the base. The locking portion has a clamping section arranged between each of the latch plates and the base. The clamping section of each of the latch plates seals one of the passages of the dustproof cover and stops one of the insertion slots of the base. The locking portion of each of the latch plates is clamped by one of the passages of the dustproof cover.

A buckle assembly is formed by a male portion, a female portion and a rotor. The male portion has a base body, and at least one locking leg having a first latching element. The female portion has a base body with an interior cavity and at least one guide slot. The rotor is seated in the interior cavity and has an actuation surface, a second latching element for engagement with the first latching element, and an actuating mechanism that orients the rotor in a locked position in a resting state of the buckle assembly. The male portion is locked to the female portion by inserting the locking leg into guide slot until the first latching element engages the second latching element. A rotating buckle includes a first fixing member, a second fixing member, and a hook body. The first fixing member includes protruding posts. The second fixing member defines limiting slots and comprises a fixing portion. The fixing portion fixes the second fixing member to the first fixing member through a first resilient member. A restrain adjustment mechanism (100) has a buckle (122) with a rotatable dial (302) which is connected by a gear to a pair of strap adjusters (118, 120). Rotation of the dial 302 adjusts the straps (102, 104). The adjusters (118, 120) are removably mounted to the buckle (122).
