Provided is a closure device including a first closure part that includes a locking element, a force transmission element operatively connected to the locking element, which can be loaded along a force direction, and an actuating element movable relative to the locking element, and a second closure part that includes an engagement element. The locking element and the engagement element can be attached to each other for connecting the first closure part and the second closure part to each other and are connected to each other in a closed position. In the closed position, when the force transmission element is loaded along the force direction, the locking element is loaded in a locking direction towards contact with the engagement element by the action of force of the force transmission element. The actuating element can be actuated in order to adjust the locking element against the locking direction.

A buckle assembly has a first buckle portion, a second buckle portion and a locking lid. The first and second buckle portions have magnets that attract each other. The locking lid is connected to the first buckle portion and has a sliding element, a spring connected to the siding element, a pivot axle for connecting the locking lid to the first buckle portion, and front and rear attachment elements. The second buckle portion has engagement flanges for engaging the front and rear attachment elements. The first and second buckle portions are connected together by placing the first and second buckle portions together so that the magnets attract each other, sliding the sliding element against a force of the spring until the attachment elements engage the engagement flanges, and then releasing the sliding element to return the spring to a resting position.

Disclosed herein is a buckle including a plug member and a socket member. The plug member includes a shaft part protruding from one side of a first body, a first magnet inserted into the shaft part, a connection recess formed on the outer face of the shaft part, and at least one guide protrusion formed on the inner wall of the connection recess. The socket member includes a connection protrusion formed on one side of a second body to be inserted into the connection recess, a coupling recess formed in the middle of the connection protrusion so that the shaft part is inserted into the coupling recess, a second magnet inserted into the coupling recess, and at least one guide groove formed in the outer surface of the connection protrusion to guide the guide protrusion.

Provided is a closure device for the releasable connecting of two parts to each other including a first closure part, having a first base body, at least two first engaging sections formed on the first base body, spaced apart from each other along a loading direction and forming between them a gap, and at least one first magnetic section arranged on the first base body, and a second closure part, having a second base body, at least one second engaging section formed on the second base body, and at least one second magnetic section arranged on the second base body.

A wearable electronic device assembly has a strap attached to the device for attaching the device to a wearer, and a connector for securing two overlapping end regions of the strap together. The connector has first and second parts configured to be secured together with the two overlapping end regions of the strap extending between them, to secure the two end regions together. The first part has a projection arranged to extend through or adjacent to the strap. The second part has a main body having an aperture to receive the projection of the first part, and a securement part movable with respect to the main body between a released position and a securement position. Disclosed is a closure device for releasably connecting two parts, including a first closure part which includes a first base body, and a second closure part which includes a second base body. Various arrangements for different purposes are created with a strap, a flat metal buckle or catch, and a receiver. The buckle or catch and the receiver have having slotted openings to attach the element to the strap at positions which may be adjustable for fixed.
