The present invention relates to an integrally formed resilient holder which is configured in the form of a two-turn spiral ring body with an elongated configuration. The invented holder includes an upper loop and a lower loop having a size substantially different from that of the upper loop, such that pivot points are created at which the upper loop and the lower loop intersect each other.
