Molded surface fastener and manufacturing method of molded surface fastener
Provided is a molded surface fastener capable of stably having high engaging strength with respect to a loop member. The molded surface fastener of the present invention includes a base portion and a plurality of engaging elements provided with a stem portion and an engaging portion, and is formed of synthetic resin containing lubricant at 0.15 wt % or more and 1.00 wt % or less. A top end surface of the engaging element is formed to be flat, and the engaging portion has a hanging portion which hangs down obliquely downward toward the base portion.
Molded surface fastener and manufacturing method of molded surface fastener
This molded surface fastener includes: a base portion; right and left outer wall portions arranged on the upper surfaces of the base portion; a plurality of engaging elements arranged between the right and left outer wall portions; and right and left magnetic wall portions arranged between the outer wall portions and the engaging elements. This molded surface fastener is molded by melting and integrating first synthetic resin and second synthetic resin that contains magnetic particles. At least each upper end part of the outer wall portions is formed only of the first synthetic resin, while at least each upper end part of the magnetic wall portions is formed only of the second synthetic resin. Consequently, the right and left magnetic wall portions can be formed into predetermined shapes in a stable manner.
MESH HOOK SURFACE FASTENER, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SURFACE FASTENER-ATTACHED MOLDED BODY
A mesh hook surface fastener does not lose engagement ability even when subjected to mold-in forming and gives only a slight feeling of something foreign. The mesh hook surface fastener contains first shape holding ribs (a.sub.21) with a relatively small protrusion height and second shape holding ribs (a.sub.22) with a relatively large protrusion height which protrude to the opposite side of hook-shaped engagement elements (B.sub.1, B.sub.2) across a base layer (A.sub.1) and are alternately arranged. The heights of the adjacent shape holding ribs (a.sub.21, a.sub.22) are different, which prevents the direct entrance of a foamable resin liquid and weakens its force. As the force weakens, foaming and curing progress more readily and, as a result, the amount of the foamable resin liquid that passes through meshes of the base layer to reach the hook-shaped engagement elements can be reduced.
MOLD-IN FASTENER PRODUCTS
Mold-in fastener products are made by forming a longitudinally continuous hook tape having a flexible base and an array of discrete male touch fastener elements extending from an upper surface of the base, forming a layer of flexible barrier material on the upper surface of the base, such that the male touch fastener elements are embedded in the layer of flexible barrier material, severing the flexible barrier material to form a pattern of patches of flexible barrier material spaced apart and surrounded by a continuous lattice of barrier material, stripping the lattice from the upper surface of the base to expose regions of the base between patches, and severing the hook tape along the exposed regions of the base to form individual mold-in fastener products, each having a patch of flexible barrier material surrounded by an exposed base edge region carrying male touch fastener elements.
Touch fastener part
A touch fastener part has a first substrate tape (10) with hooking elements (12) arranged on one side and has a second substrate tape (16) connected to the first substrate tape (10). The second substrate tape (10) has a connectors (20) on its side facing away from the hooking elements (12) and is wider than the first substrate tape (10). At least one free lateral edge area (22) of the second substrate tape (16) projects beyond the adjacent longitudinal edge of the first substrate tape (10). The two substrate tapes (10, 16) can be bent along and transversely to their longitudinal orientation by at least one free side edge area (22) of the second substrate tape (16) being provided with a weakening of resistance (27) in such a way that bending the two substrate tapes (10, 16) transversely to their longitudinal orientation is facilitated.
Method for producing a connecting part using an injection foam molding process
A method for producing a connecting part (28) uses an injection foam molding process. In a first step, a fastening part with adhesive and/or hooking elements (18), forming a component of a contact fastener, is produced and introduced into an injection mold (2) as an insert part (16). A support part (26) is formed in the mold in a second step using a foamed synthetic material (22). The support part is connected to the insert part to form the connecting part (28).
Mold-in touch fastening product
A male touch fastener strip includes an elongated base and a field of male fastener elements each having a stem extending from a broad face of the base and a head for engaging fibers. The fastener element stems and broad face of the base together form a unitary mass of resin, such as a resin containing a magnetically attractable substance. Wings extend from respective longitudinal edges of the base and define discrete corrugations extending in a series along the fastener strip and forming corresponding undulations in the rear face of the strip along its longitudinal edges. The corrugated wings can also support a foam gasket.
Molded Surface Fastener
A molded surface fastener, in which many magnetic particles can be contained in a closer part with respect to a magnet of a molding die, and further a front surface and a rear surface can be easily identified, is provided. In the molded surface fastener of the invention, a magnetic region containing magnetic particles is formed on at least a part between right and left resin intrusion barrier portions, and a magnetic raised portion which is lower than engaging elements and contains the magnetic particles therein is disposed between the engaging elements adjacent in a length direction within the magnetic region.
Molded surface fastener
A surface fastener member includes left and right longitudinal protective wall sections and front and rear lateral protective wall sections. Each of the lateral protective wall sections includes an outer first lateral wall section and an inner second lateral wall section. The first lateral wall section is continuously placed between the left and right longitudinal protective wall sections at a predetermined height. The second lateral wall section includes a plurality of divided lateral wall bodies which are intermittently placed along a width direction, and a plurality of second engagement elements. The distance is set smaller than a mounting pitch of the first engagement elements in the longitudinal direction of the surface fastener member. According to this, when the molded surface fastener is integrally molded on a cushion body, it is possible to prevent resin material from entering an engagement element region of the surface fastener member.
FASTENING TAPE WITH IMPROVED ATTACHMENT SYSTEMS
Described is a fastening tape that includes improved attachment systems. To increase the effectiveness of attaching the fastening tape to a component foam, the bottom or underside of the fastening tape includes one or more membranes. The one or more membranes are attached to the bottom surface of the fastening tape at one or more attachment portions. To strengthen the attachment between the fastening tape and the component foam, the membrane may include one or more non-attachment portions in the form of open spaces or pockets into which the component foam may flow when introduced into the mold.
