Wearable jewelry device method and system that is customizable and interchangeable
A wearable jewelry device method and system that is customizable and interchangeable. The jewelry can be composed of material commonly used for jewelry making. The jewelry comprises of two individual chains that attach to each end of interchangeable charms. Each charm has a ring at either end for this connection. Releasable clasps connect the chains to the rings on the charms. To finish connection for functionality and wearability there is a slightly different swag chain attached to one chain that a releasable clasp will connect to. Jewelry device is adjustable to size depending on where you connect the releasable clasp to swag chain. Jewelry is suitable for use as necklace, bracelet, waist chain, anklet or other area on a human. The attachable charms can be words, pictures or jewels that are customizable to wear when nude, with a bikini or over clothing to create the desired look or mood.
Jewelry clasp opening tool
A small and handheld tool for opening small clasps and other closures. More specifically, the tool features an elongated handle, having a slider mechanism and a push button. The slider mechanism operates a slider or positioning arm and the spring-loaded push button operates a pair of clamps to hold the clasp in position. The slider arm and the pair of clamps extend from one end of the elongated handle. The pair of clamps secure the clasp between their rubber-tipped ends and the slider arm opens the clasp by moving a tab of the clasp radially along the surface of the clasp.
Wearable band providing location presence and fall detection
A location and fall detection system (and method) includes a wearable band, a local gateway, and a cloud server. The wearable band includes an MCU, a radio-frequency pulse transmitter that periodically transmits a pulse, and a continuously sensing fall detection sensor. The MCU operates in low power mode except when a pulse is periodically transmitted, and when a fall is detected and a fall alert is transmitted. The gateway includes a radio-frequency pulse receiver and a data communication link to a cloud server. If a periodic pulse transmission is not received within a set period, the gateway transmits a location alert message to the cloud server. If a fall alert message is received the gateway likewise transmits a fall alert message to the cloud server. The band may further include a distress button that when activated, causes a distress message to be sent to the cloud server. The cloud server will contact various responsible parties as specified such as caregivers and first responders.
Closure mechanism for jewelry
A jewelry closure mechanism (e.g., clasp) may include a locking receptacle and a locking pin that operate together to provide a closure mechanism for a piece of jewelry. The closure mechanism may or may not include a hinge. In some implementations, a locking pin may extend from the second arm and be inserted into a locking receptacle formed in a second arm to lock the two components together. The locking receptacle may include one or more wires (e.g., spring and/or precast) that extend transversely to the direction of the locking receptacle. The closure mechanism may be used as a general jewelry closure device and/or to couple segments of jewelry together.
