Wristbands with magnetic coupling
A wristband can comfortably secure an electronic device, such as a wristwatch or fitness/health tracking device, to a wrist of a user. The wristband can include a number of magnets that allow the wristband to be magnetically coupled to itself when folded over or when separate band portions are overlapping. The magnets can include a polymer mixed with a magnetic material to provide magnetic properties and flexibility. The magnets can be joined together by a continuous support structure that extends through opposing pairs of the magnets. The support structure can provide substantial and ability as well as tensile strength. The magnets and the support structure can be surrounded by a flexible cover to protect the components within.
Wearable apparatus and band thereof
A band may include a first strap and a second strap. The first strap may include a first strap body, a first connection portion and a first mating portion. The first strap body may define a connection hole between the first connection portion and the first mating portion. The second strap may include a second strap body, a second connection portion, a second mating portion and a buckle. The second mating portion may be arranged between the second connection portion and the buckle. The buckle is configured to be inserted into the connection hole to connect the first strap body and the second strap body. The second mating portion may be configured to be attracted to and coupled with the first mating portion.
Wearable souvenir holder with breakaway functionality
A souvenir holder that is wearable through one or more band portions configured to form a loop. The one or more band portions provide penetration holes operatively associable with a breakaway closure system configured to move the loop between a locked engagement and an unlocked engagement. The unlocked engagement is defined by at least two modes, including a breakaway mode wherein the breakaway closure system breaks when one or more of the band portions are caught on an object while worn.
WRISTBAND AND WRIST WEARABLE DEVICE
Disclosed is wristband and wrist wearable device, including: a wristband body portion, one end is connected to one end of a device body of a wrist wearable device, and the other end is a free end; and a memory metal portion, which is arranged on the wristband body portion and has an arc-shaped memory state in a natural state, so that the wristband body portion is naturally maintained in an arc shape. The memory metal portion comprises a strip-shaped memory metal piece including a first metal segment, a second metal segment, and a third metal segment that are sequentially connected, the first metal segment and the third metal segment extend along a length direction of the wristband body portion in parallel, the second metal segment is arranged at the free end of the wristband body portion and is provided with at least one bent portion.
WATCHBAND CONNECTION MECHANISM SYSTEM AND METHOD
A watchband connection mechanism includes a watchband with a watchband housing and a cam rotatable between a first position where the cam extends from the watchband into a watch ledge in a watch side cavity and a second position where the cam is recessed in the watchband housing. A watch includes a watch housing, a watch cavity in the watch housing for receiving at least a portion of the watchband, and a button coupled to the watch housing and movable with respect to the watch cavity. In operation, the watchband is received in the watch cavity of the watch housing, which enables the cam to rotate into the first position to extend from the band into the watch ledge. The watch housing prevents the watchband from uncoupling with the watch in the first position of the cam due to the cam securing in the watch ledge. The user then depresses the button to move the cam into the second position, which is back within the watchband, to uncouple the watchband from the watch.
Attachment systems for electronic devices
Attachment systems for attaching a wearable electronic device to a user including a sizing band and a retaining band are disclosed. The sizing band includes at least one sizing eyelet and a band-insertable end. The retaining band includes at least a post for insertion into the sizing eyelet of the sizing band and a concealment aperture configured to receive the band-insertable end of the sizing band. On a bottom surface of the retaining band can be a recessed guide bed configured to guide the band-insertable end along the bottom surface of the retaining band. A wearable electronic device can couple to both the sizing band and the retaining band by accepting an end portion of each band into receiving channels extending into opposite sidewalls of the housing.
Milanese band
A metallic mesh material used to form a portion of a band or securing strap for a wearable electronic device. The band may include a magnetic tab for securing a wearable device to the wrist of a user. The tab may include one or magnetic elements that are configured to engage a surface of the mesh to secure the wearable device to the wrist of a user.
Closure device for the releasable connecting of two parts
Provided is a closure device for the releasable connecting of two parts to each other including a first closure part, having a first base body, at least two first engaging sections formed on the first base body, spaced apart from each other along a loading direction and forming between them a gap, and at least one first magnetic section arranged on the first base body, and a second closure part, having a second base body, at least one second engaging section formed on the second base body, and at least one second magnetic section arranged on the second base body.
Wearable detection device
A wearable detection device includes a main body, a first belt body, and a second belt body. The first belt body and the second belt body are connected to two sides of the main body. The main body includes a power source, a control circuit connected to the power source, and a processor connected to the control circuit. The wearable detection device further includes a flexible circuit board and a plurality of to-be-conducted chips. The flexible circuit board is disposed in the first belt body and is connected to the main body. The plurality of to-be-conducted chips are disposed in the first belt body and are connected to the flexible circuit board. When the first belt body and the second belt body are interconnected, the to-be-conducted chip positioned at a junction point is connected.
