Innovative jewelry articles are contemplated. The jewelry articles include a band and a link that is movable with respect to the band based on hand or finger movement. The band includes two disconnecting ends with a through hole provided at each end. The link includes two prongs with each inserted through the corresponding hole to connect the two ends. The link also includes two jewelry settings with each connected to the respective prong inserted through the hole. The settings on the band keeps the link hanging on the band. The link further includes a body that extends toward the center of the band. The body contacts the finger when the jewelry article is worn. With this contact, finger or hand movement can cause the tubular link to move up and down with respect to the band.

Innovative jewelry articles are contemplated. The jewelry articles include a band and a link that is movable with respect to the band based on hand or finger movement. The band includes two disconnecting ends with a through hole provided at each end. The link includes two prongs with each inserted through the corresponding hole to connect the two ends. The link also includes two jewelry settings with each connected to the respective prong inserted through the hole. The settings on the band keeps the link hanging on the band. Disclosed herein is a low profile expandable ring structure comprising a plurality of coupled blocks that each have a certain degree of translational movement with respect to each other. Each block has one or more downward curved loops or tubes protruding on the front side of the block which are inserted into openings on an adjacent block. A tensioned spring, passed through an internal channel of the coupled blocks, maintains the ring structure in a closed appearance but allows for expansion of the expandable ring structure through the translational movement of the blocks. The low-profile nature allows the expandable ring structure to be comfortable for the wearer.

Disclosed herein is a low profile expandable ring structure comprising a plurality of coupled blocks that each have a certain degree of translational movement with respect to each other. Each block has one or more downward curved loops or tubes protruding on the front side of the block which are inserted into openings on an adjacent block. A tensioned spring, passed through an internal channel of the coupled blocks, maintains the ring structure in a closed appearance but allows for expansion of the expandable ring structure through the translational movement of the blocks. The low-profile nature allows the expandable ring structure to be comfortable for the wearer.

A ring assembly includes an annular ring platform having a recess formed in a portion thereof and a column with an opening therein. A collar is received on the ring platform and has a sleeve that mates with the column. An ornamental portion has an anchor that extends through the collar and selectively mates with the column opening. A biasing spring is received in the recess of the ring platform and urges the collar outwardly from the ring platform. The ornamental portion selectively rotates relative to the ring platform whereby the anchor locks with the column and the spring urges the ornamental portion toward locked relation therewith.
