FRAME FOR BAD WEATHER AND/OR SUN PROTECTION DEVICE
A deployable frame for a weather and/or sun protection device, including: a mast with a longitudinal axis on which a slider is mounted so as to slide between a first position in which the frame is closed and a second position in which the frame is open; at least one rib connected by a stretcher to the runner, the rib including an end connected to a notch carried by one end of the mast, wherein the rib includes a first segment formed of a first part and a second part that are movable relative to each other about the extension axis of the first segment, the first part of the first segment of the rib is connected to the notch by a pivot connection about an axis which is perpendicular to a plane inclined obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the mast so that in the first closed position of the frame the first segment of the rib extends along the mast and in the second open position of the frame the first segment of the rib is moved away from the mast.
Umbrella having anti-inversion mechanism
An umbrella includes an anti-inversion mechanism that is configured to apply to each rib assembly a force that counters an inversion force that is applied to the umbrella. The anti-inversion mechanism includes a first elongated member that is coupled at a first end to one rib of the plurality of ribs. The umbrella also includes a second elongated member having a first end coupled to the first elongated member. A first connector is coupled to a distal end of the distal rib; and a second connector is coupled to a second end of the first elongated member. The first connector and the second connector are coupled to one another to securely attach the second elongated member to the distal rib.
UMBRELLA HAVING ANTI-INVERSION MECHANISM
An umbrella includes an anti-inversion mechanism that is configured to apply to each rib assembly a force that counters an inversion force that is applied to the umbrella. The anti-inversion mechanism includes a flexible elongated structure that is disposed exteriorly along the second rib part and has a first bent end that is attached to the second rib part by passing through an opening formed in the second rib part and being anchored within a hollow interior of the second rib part. The mechanism further includes a flexible wire having a first end attached to the flexible elongated structure of the anti-inversion mechanism and a second end attached to a rib tip that is located at a free distal end of the rib assembly.
Hand-Push Sunshade
A hand-push umbrella comprises a column (1), an upper nest (2) movably disposed at the top of the column (1), a lower nest (3) movably sleeved on the column (1), a plurality of long rods (10) having an upper end mounted on the upper nest (2) and a plurality of first short rods (20) having a lower end mounted on the lower nest (3) and an upper end hinged to the middle portion of the long rod (10); a first retainer ring (4) is sleeved on the column (1) above the lower nest (3) and is fixed with the column (1), a handle (8) is connected to the bottom of the lower nest (3), a handle control mechanism is disposed inside the lower nest (3). The umbrella is simple and reasonable in structure, and can be easily and fast unfolded and folded. A tray (7) and a plurality of second short stretchers (30) greatly strengthen the support to the canopy (100) and improve the stability of the structure.
UMBRELLA HAVING ANTI-INVERSION MECHANISM
An umbrella includes an anti-inversion mechanism that is configured to apply to each rib assembly a force that counters an inversion force that is applied to the umbrella. The anti-inversion mechanism includes a first rib joint that is coupled to first and second ribs, a first elongated member that is coupled to the first rib joint and a second elongated member that is coupled to the first elongated member and to the distal rib. The first rib joint includes an inner slot and the first elongated member comprises a wire having a bent clip portion at a first end of the wire, the bent clip portion being received within the inner slot and being biased against a floor of the inner slot resulting in the wire being attached to the first rib joint.
Hand-push sunshade
A hand-push umbrella has a column, an upper nest at the top of the column, a lower nest on the column, a plurality of long rods having an upper end mounted on the upper nest and a plurality of first short rods having a lower end mounted on the lower nest and an upper end hinged to the middle portion of the long rod; a first retainer ring sleeved on the column above the lower nest and fixed with the column, a handle is connected to the bottom of the lower nest, and a handle control mechanism is disposed inside the lower nest. The umbrella is simple and can be easily unfolded and folded. A tray and a plurality of second short stretchers greatly strengthen the support to the canopy and improve the stability of the structure.
PORTABLE SHELTER
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a portable shelter, whether being of the type having a floating canopy or an umbrella. The shelter includes a support including an upright. A canopy is supported by the support. The canopy includes an expandable frame, and a sheet of material supported by the frame. The frame includes retractable ribs supporting the sheet. The frame also includes a stretcher arrangement for stretching out each rib from the support. The shelter further includes a line arrangement extending between the stretcher arrangement and each rib.
Parasol
A parasol includes a tension rod-type pole that has multiple, length-adjustable telescopic portions; a lower hub that may be penetrated by the pole and that is configured to move in a vertical direction along the pole; a protruding portion that is provided on the pole and that is configured to restrict downward movement of the lower hub; an upper hub that is fixed to the pole; ribs that are joined to the upper hub and that are configured to rotate vertically but not horizontally; struts that are provided for the ribs and that connect the ribs and the lower hub; and a sheet that is provided between the ribs.
