Sunshade tent
A sunshade tent includes a frame assembly and sheet assemblies. The frame assembly includes legs, first and second rafters. Each of the legs include a first connection mechanism, horizontal connecting members configured to be fixedly attached to a first end of each of the legs, and a mounting base positioned proximal a second end of each of the legs. The first rafters are detachably attached to a corresponding one of the legs via the first connection mechanism at an inclination relative to the horizontal connecting members. At least one of the second rafters is fixedly attached to a corresponding one of the horizontal connecting members via second interlocking elements. Each of the sheet assemblies include grooves for detachably attaching to a corresponding one of the second rafters via first interlocking elements.
Combination Backpack and Inflatable Mattress
The present invention is an improved recreational carrier combination such as a backpack and inflatable mattress that may be used on camping, hiking, or other recreational trips. The backpack and inflatable mattress includes one or more internal compartments for storing clothing, food, and other items. In addition, the backpack has a portable inflatable air mattress and air compressor or pump for filling the portable air mattress. The backpack further includes a rechargeable battery that may be externally charged, or alternatively, it can be charged by built-in solar panels. The backpack and inflatable mattress combination includes a set of shoulder straps for carrying the device, as well as, a handle and wheels for rolling the device. Finally, the device includes a protective cover that covers the inflatable bed when it is inflated and ready for use.
OUTDOOR COOKING APPLIANCE ENCLOSURE
An outdoor cooking appliance enclosure for storing and operating a cooking appliance is provided. The outdoor cooking appliance enclosure includes a base extending horizontally, and a box enclosure extending vertically upward from the base. The base includes multiple guide rods extending vertically upward from the base. The base enclosure is mounted movably on the guide rods. The box enclosure includes a roof mounted on top of, and covering, the box enclosure, a front door shaped to form a closed volume with the box enclosure and the base. The front door includes at least two panels, a first panel and a second panel, where the first panel is mounted pivotably along the front edge of the roof, and the second panel is extendable from the first panel in a direction parallel to the first panel. Multiple extendable legs are mounted pivotably on the second panel.
Portable sunshade and slip-on mounting base
An article for providing shade includes a sunshade and a slip-on mounting base. The sunshade includes a shield, a set of ribs connected to the shield, and a plurality of support arms connected to the shield. The slip-on mounting base includes a body that defines a cavity and an opening. The body is configured to slip on the back portion of an item of outdoor furniture into the cavity through the opening. The body is stretchable and is configured to stretch to receive the back portion of different items of outdoor furniture with different sizes. The slip-on mounting base includes a plurality of receptacles attached to the body. Each receptacle includes an opening to receive a support arm of the sunshade. Each receptacle holds the corresponding support arm such that the shield, when unfolded, covers at least a portion of the back portion of the item of outdoor furniture.
Self-adjusting sun shade assembly
The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to a sun shade assembly. Particularly, the assembly includes a sail that releasably attaches to a pair of ribs, providing shade to the user. At least one support arm can be used to reinforce the ribs. A mast provides height to the assembly and includes an anchor that allows the assembly to be secured into a support surface (e.g., sand). The ribs and support arms rotate about the mast, thereby self-adjusting the direction of sail in response to the wind blowing. The assembly further includes a tension adjuster that can be tightened or loosed to control the rotation of the ribs and support arms in response to wind conditions.
CANOPY SYSTEM
A canopy system is disclosed, including a first frame member and a second frame member. A canopy includes a first channel to receive the first frame member therethrough and a second channel to receive the second frame member therethrough. A first rope extends from a left side of the first frame member and a second rope extends from a right side of the first frame member. At least one anchor affixed to an end of each rope and at least one anchor affixed to the ends of the first frame member and the second frame member to retain the canopy in a suitable position. The canopy system allows for the efficient setup of the canopy both in windy conditions and calm (no wind) conditions.
Portable shelters
A portable shelter includes a frame structure with a plurality of pole structures. In some embodiments, a pole structure includes telescopically movable pole portions and a spring-biasing mechanism configured to bias one pole portion away from the other. In some embodiments, a center hub structure of the portable shelter includes a locking mechanism for engaging one of the pole portions to interfere with telescopic movement of the pole structure. In some embodiments, a pole structure includes a flexible portion attached to a first rigid portion, and a second rigid portion that is movable relative to the first rigid portion. The second rigid portion is pivotable or telescopically movable between a first position in which the second rigid portion overlaps the first rigid portion such that the flexible portion is free to flex, and a second position in which the second rigid portion overlaps and restrains the flexible portion.
Portable Shade Assembly
