A flexible misting umbrella apparatus for keeping a user cool in hot environments includes a handle having a handle sidewall, a handle top side, and a handle bottom side defining a handle cavity. A water reservoir is coupled within the handle cavity. A pump is coupled within the handle. A trigger is coupled to the handle and is in operational communication with the pump. A flexible tubing extends from the handle top side and is in fluid communication with the pump. The flexible tubing is malleable under the force of a user's hand and otherwise maintains its shape. An umbrella frame is coupled to the flexible tubing. A plurality of nozzles is coupled to the umbrella frame and is in fluid communication with the flexible tubing to release mist when the trigger activates the pump. An umbrella canopy is coupled to the umbrella frame.

An illuminating umbrella includes an umbrella body and an illuminating device. An illuminating body of the illuminating device is fitted to a shaft of the umbrella body. A lower hub of the umbrella body movably presses a main switch of the illuminating device for controlling the illuminating body to illuminate or not to illuminate. The illuminating umbrella provides an illuminating function for the user to view the surrounding environment and articles in an environment with insufficient light. The illuminating body is automatically turned on when the umbrella is unfolded, and the illuminating body is automatically turned off when the umbrella is folded. It is convenient to use.

A deployable frame for a weather and/or sun protection device, including: a mast with a longitudinal axis on which a slider is mounted so as to slide between a first position in which the frame is closed and a second position in which the frame is open; at least one rib connected by a stretcher to the runner, the rib including an end connected to a notch carried by one end of the mast, wherein the rib includes a first segment formed of a first part and a second part that are movable relative to each other about the extension axis of the first segment, the first part of the first segment of the rib is connected to the notch by a pivot connection about an axis which is perpendicular to a plane inclined obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the mast so that in the first closed position of the frame the first segment of the rib extends along the mast and in the second open position of the frame the first segment of the rib is moved away from the mast.

The present invention relates generally to a drone umbrella device primarily comprised of an umbrella, at least one drone and a mobile application. The at least one drone is attached to the umbrella, such that the umbrella can hover over the top of a user. The umbrella is comprised of a telescoping handle assembly that has a detachable handle. The detachable handle has an internal GPS transmitter that communicates with a receiver on the drone, such that the drone follows the location of the detachable handle. In this manner, a user can retain the detachable handle, while the device hovers over the user as he or she sits, walks, runs, etc.

An umbrella having a pet waste bag dispenser is provided. The umbrella includes a canopy mounted to a post, a handle at a lower end of the post. The handle has a first end attached to the post and a second end having a cap member which is a removably attachable on an open bottom of the second end. The handle further defines a cavity therein and an opening formed on a side of the handle. The plurality of bags are in a rolled-up configuration and positionable within the cavity. Each bag of the bag module is accessible through the opening when the bag module is positioned within the cavity.

The proximal end portion is pivotably attached to an upper portion of the support shaft to pivot the rib between an open position and a closed position. A personal fogging umbrella having a handle, a head, and a pressurizer is disclosed. The handle includes a hollow cavity that is watertight. The head is coupled to the top end of the handle and comprises a plurality of two-stage fogging nozzles feed pressurized air and water from the hollow cavity of the handle through conduits. The head is pivotally coupled to a plurality of ribs connected to a flexible canopy. The pressurizer is releasably coupled to the bottom end of the handle and has a one-way valve connected to a pump to pressurize the air inside the hollow cavity. The handle has a shoulder rest, the handle extending upward from the shoulder rest toward the top end and extending outward to curve downward toward the bottom end. The handle above the shoulder rest is substantially linear, and the handle below the shoulder rest is at least partially curved.

The present invention relates generally to an umbrella having a built-in waterproof case, in which a folded umbrella main body is accommodated in an umbrella handle, and more particularly to an umbrella having a built-in waterproof case, which, in order to carry or store a wet folding umbrella used, allows an umbrella handle and an umbrella top to be transformed into an umbrella storage case without using a separate plastic bag and then allows the umbrella to be easily opened or re-stored while allowing a folded umbrella body to be accommodated in the umbrella handle.
