Social Distancing Apparatus
The present disclosure generally relates to a social distancing device to ensure people maintain a recommended social distance apart. The device is compact for ease in carrying when not in use, yet extendible to the recommended social distance, which in the case of COVID-19 was six feet. When in use, the device extends exactly the recommended social distance from the end of the handle to the tip of the device. Hence, a user can hold the device in one hand and ensure that no other person is closer than the tip of the device. By using the device, proper social distancing recommended by the government can be maintained.
DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR PROMOTING PATIENT COMPLIANCE WITH A PRESCRIBED LOWER EXTREMITY PARTIAL WEIGHT-BEARING REHABILITATION PROGRAM
In one aspect, an electronic device for promoting proper use of a walking aid during lower extremity injury rehabilitation comprises at least one load sensor configured to measure a load on the walking aid. A memory stores rehabilitation program data defining at least one time interval of a rehabilitation period and, for each time interval, a target load for the walking aid during the time interval. A currently operative time interval of the at least one time interval of the rehabilitation period is identified. Data is received, from the load sensor(s), indicative of a dynamic load on the walking aid during a patient step. Based upon the received data, a peak load upon the walking aid during the patient step is determined. A user notification indicating that the peak load is non-compliant with the target load for the walking aid for the currently operative time interval is provided.

Safety monitoring system using intelligent walking stick
Disclosed is a safety monitoring system using an intelligent walking stick, the system helps stabilize ambulation of a user, monitors safety and health of the user by monitoring the heart rate or a motion state of the user, and includes content providing mental stimulation and exercise to the user via an application.
Guide Device For Ambulatory Assist Device And Method
A guide device providing a dimensional and ornamental guide that, engaging a leg of an ambulatory assist device used by a person, provides walking assistance, comprising a boot leg or sleeve for joining about a portion of the leg of the ambulatory assist device and receiving a resilient body axially for dimensional extents and receiving a guide member having a bottom glide surface for contact with a floor surface. A method of facilitating guidance of an ambulatory assist device is disclosed.
ASSISTIVE SUPPORT SYSTEMS AND DEVICES FOR AUTOMATIC FEEDBACK
In accordance with one or more embodiments and corresponding disclosure, various non-limiting systems, devices, and methods are described in connection with an assistive support device that provides feedback to a user. In an aspect, disclosed is a system comprising, a first sensor component that generates a first set of sensor data based on a first set of force applied to an assistive support device. The system also comprises a data repository component that stores a first set of sensor data provided by the assistive support device. Furthermore, in an aspect, the system comprises a feedback component that employs a feedback mechanism based on an occurrence of a value of an applied force to the assistive support device of the first set of force applied being greater than or less than a threshold value of an applied force.
Shading Object, Intelligent Umbrella and Intelligent Shading Charging System Integrated Camera and Method of Operation
An intelligent shading umbrella comprises a base assembly, a stem assembly coupled to a base assembly, and a center support assembly coupled to a stem assembly, the center support assembly comprising one or more arm support assemblies. The intelligent shading umbrella further comprises one or more blades, coupled to the arm support assemblies, a shading fabric, coupled to at least the one or more blades; and a camera, the camera to capture images of an area in proximity to the intelligent shading umbrella. The camera may be located in the center support assembly and the center support assembly may rotate with respect to the base assembly, allowing the camera to capture a variety of images of an area in proximity to the intelligent shading umbrella.
POSTURE SUPPORT DEVICE WITH ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
A posture support device, including a main body to support a weight of a user thereon, a control unit disposed within at least a portion of the main body to connect the user to an external mobile device of a third party in response to an emergency, and to display the third party on the control unit, a speaker disposed on at least a portion of the main body to emit at least one sound received from the external mobile device during conversations with the third party, and a medication compartment disposed around at least a portion of the main body to store at least one medication therein.
