Coupling/uncoupling device

A coupling/uncoupling device includes a columnar member configured by a divided pair of semicircular members, and a pair of coupling members forming a circular holding section that holds the columnar member. The circular holding section includes a circular inner surface section with which an outer circumferential surface of the columnar member is in slide contact, the circular inner surface section being formed from inner circumferential surfaces of a semicircular section in one coupling member and a semicircular section in the other coupling member. The columnar member is configured to be rotatable in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions along the circular inner surface section about a reference position where a contact surface of the pair of coupling members and a dividing surface of the columnar member are flush with each other.

Purse with security and safety features

Disclosed is a bag or purse for containing valuables. The bag or purse includes a rigid endoskeleton, an exterior covering disposed over the rigid endoskeleton, a lock assembly coupled to the endoskeleton, a biometric sensor and a microcontroller. The lock assembly prevents access to the interior space when the lock assembly is in a locked state. The lock assembly includes a handle and an actuator. The actuator is arranged within the lock assembly to selectively allow the lock assembly to unlock from a locked state. The microcontroller is programmed to determine whether an input provided to the biometric sensor corresponds with an authorized user and, if affirmative, activate the actuator to allow the lock assembly to achieve the unlocked state, and if negative, to not allow the lock assembly to achieve the unlocked state. A quick release cross body shoulder strap and GPS tracking feature can also be provided.

A device for opening/closing an article includes an assembly button and a clasp casing with a mechanism including a housing, locking member and latch; the mechanism structured so with the housing in a first position and the button is inserted into the casing, the locking member immobilizes the button at least with respect to translation, when the housing is made to rotate and passes from its first to a second position, the member is moved until the button is released and the latch is driven with translational movement into the casing until the button is pushed out of the casing and the housing and the member are immobilized, when the button is reinserted into the casing, it pushes the latch which releases the housing, which is rotated and passes from its second to first position and the member is moved until the button is immobilized with respect to translation.

Soft-sided insulated lunch box
11096463 · 2021-08-24 · ·

A soft-sided insulated container assembly has a generally box-shaped form like a school lunch box, having a main body and a lid. The lid is formed of one of the largest panels of the box-structure, and is joined to the main body of the box by a hinge that lets the lid lie flat next to the main body when the box is open. The inside face of the lid then defines a work surface on which to place objects such as foodstuffs and beverages. The work surface may be formed in a substantially rigid molded stiffener member, and may be divided into sub-regions with raised retainers to discourage sliding of objects where not precisely level. The container assembly may include a rigid internal liner with which the lid may mate zipperlessly. The mating portion of the lid may be formed in the same rigid member as the work surface.

Germ Fighting Reserve System

A virus and germ fighting system. The system includes a main container having a base, sidewalls, and an upper opening defining an interior volume. The interior volume includes a plurality of divided compartments. Each compartment may include its own locking lid. The compartments include specific virus and germ fighting materials. A first compartment includes replaceable disinfectant spray containers, a second compartment includes travel containers and other portable germ fighting items, and the third compartment includes a full body suit for enhanced protection when needed. The system also includes a user device that is in wireless communication with a database server via a network. The user device can be used to resupply the system's components via communication with the database. The database is configured to automatically provide updated information regarding instructions for how to properly and effectively combine the components of the system to prevent the spread of germs and viruses.
