The plate has a second temporary engagement component for the collection bowl and the basin.

Restricted movement of wheels prevents movement of stool on ground/floor. When user steps down from top flat surface, flexible element(s) retracts stably support member which raises support element(s) and disconnects contact between support element and ground. Wheels in contact with ground/floor are freed rendering stool again for portability.

The front side has a contoured neck rest that is configured to receive the neck of a child. The bottom side has a drain aperture extending therethrough. The wall has a top perimeter having a plurality of cavities. The support bowl is configured to rest on a floor of a bathtub. A plurality of bottles each has a body and a pump dispenser. The body of each of the plurality of bottles is selectively engageable within the plurality of cavities of the wall of the support bowl.
