The elastic loop elements securely fasten the hair of the user to the tubular base member for styling the hair of the user. Further, the hair styling apparatus kit comprises an elongate curling wand device with clip designed for supplying added definition to the hair.

The top member has a relatively flat orientation and a flat bottom side. The bottom member has a convex orientation to the top member and a substantially circular cross-section.
