LIPSTICK TUBE WITH REPLACEABLE MECHANISM
A lipstick tube with a replaceable mechanism includes a base and the mechanism. The mechanism includes a barrel, a fork, a spiral and an aluminum shell that are coaxially sleeved sequentially from inside out. A barrel engaging member integrally protrudes from an outer side wall of the barrel. A hollow guide groove extending in an axial direction of the fork is formed in the fork. A spiral guide groove extending in an axial direction of the spiral component and spiraling upward is formed in an inner side wall of the spiral component. The barrel engaging member is configured for passing through the hollow guide groove and then being embedded into and sliding in the spiral guide groove. The spiral component is configured for axially stopping and circumferentially rotating relative to the fork. The aluminum shell is configured for being fixed in position relative to the spiral component.
Stick product refill system
A system for refilling a dispenser includes a refill assembly having refill base, a refill stick receptacle and a refill cover, and a dispenser having a dispenser stick receptacle a stick receptacle carrier and a propel-repel mechanism for longitudinally advancing and retracting the stick receptacle carrier within the dispenser. The dispenser stick receptacle is configured to be replaced by the refill stick receptacle by (1) removing the refill base from the refill cover with the refill stick receptacle engaged with the refill cover; (2) engaging the refill base with the dispenser stick receptacle and then removing the dispenser stick receptacle from the stick receptacle carrier by pulling the refill base away from the stick receptacle carrier; (3) engaging the refill cover with the refill stick receptacle engaged therewith with the stick receptacle carrier; and (4) removing the refill cover by pulling the refill cover away from the stick receptacle carrier.
REFILLABLE CONTAINER
A refillable container for a stick type cosmetic product comprising a cap, a refill cartridge and a base assembly. The base assembly comprises an outer shell, a button member, and a limiting member. The refill cartridge is configured to be detachably received at least partially within a cavity of the outer shell of the base assembly such that the refill cartridge may be removed and replaced from said base assembly by pressing the button member provided in the base assembly.
Refillable Dispenser For A Stick Product
A refillable dispenser for a stick product according to the present invention comprises a holder cup, an A-shell and an inner base. Preferably, the dispenser will also comprise an outer base and a closure. The holder cup and A-shell form a cartridge subassembly for a stick product that can be bottom filled, and removed and replaced as needed. The dispenser requires no lubricant.
Rotary cosmetic container
A rotary cosmetic container includes an upper cover, an inner cover, a cartridge assembly, and a lower cover, which are arranged coaxially. The interior of the lower cover is vertically hollow, and the lower cover includes an upper end opening and a lower end opening. An internal thread is provided on the inside of the upper cover, and at least one first protrusion is provided on the outside of the inner cover. When the inner cover is placed in the upper cover, the first protrusion is engaged in the internal thread. When the upper cover rotates around the lower cover axially, the first protrusion is driven by the internal thread to drive the inner cover and the cartridge assembly to move up and down, so that the cartridge assembly retracts into or protrudes out of the lower end opening of the lower cover.
Tubular cartridge for a cosmetic product, configured to be detachably coupled to a base
A cartridge for a cosmetic product includes a first longitudinal end for allowing access to the cosmetic product and a second longitudinal end. The cartridge further includes: an outer tube; a control sleeve; a receptacle for cosmetic product; and a bottom element, integral in rotation with the control sleeve. The cartridge is configured so as to be detachably coupled to a base such that a relative rotation of the base in relation to the cartridge causes a movement of the receptacle for cosmetic product. The bottom element contributes to closing off access to the cartridge via the second longitudinal end of the cartridge.
PACKAGING DEVICE AND REFILL DEVICE
The present invention discloses a packaging device and a refill device, wherein the packaging device comprises a first case cap, a first case body and a lifting mechanism; the first case body has a first end and a second end, and the first case cap is snap-fitted on the first end of the first case body; the lifting mechanism comprises a base and a lifting platform, wherein the base and the lifting platform are movably connected, the base is arranged at the second end of the first case body, and the lifting platform is arranged in the first case body; and the lifting platform can move close to or away from the base, and the lifting mechanism is detachably connected to the first case body. The present invention provides a refill device that is a degradable material, recyclable and more environmentally friendly. The present invention provides a packaging device that can be reused, resulting in substantial savings in packaging materials, while avoiding significant environmental contamination due to extensive disposal of the packaging materials.
REFILLABLE CONTAINER
A refillable container for a stick type cosmetic product comprising a cap, a refill cartridge and a base assembly. The base assembly comprises an outer shell and a button member. The refill cartridge is configured to be detachably received at least partially within a cavity of the outer shell of the base assembly such that the refill cartridge may be removed and replaced from said base assembly by pressing the button member provided in the base assembly.
