A product dispensing apparatus including a reusable product dispenser and a refill cartridge configured to releasably couple to the reusable product dispenser. The reusable product dispenser includes a housing defining a longitudinal axis, a base rotatably coupled to a proximal portion of the housing, and a telescope assembly. The base is configured to rotate about the longitudinal axis in a first direction and a second direction. The telescope assembly includes a proximal section and a distal section movable relative to the proximal section along the longitudinal axis defined by the housing between a collapsed condition and an extended condition. At least one of the proximal section or the distal section is operably coupled to the base such that rotation of the base about the longitudinal axis causes corresponding rotation of the telescope assembly about the longitudinal axis.

A dispenser is disclosed for a solid or semi-solid product that includes an outer shell and a slider disposed inside the outer shell. The dispenser also includes an inner shell defining an opening and a carrier adapted to retain the product in the inner shell. The carrier includes carrier teeth that are engaged by an actuator connected between the slider and the carrier for advancing the carrier and the product. The actuator includes at least two drive arms that extend through the inner shell and into the carrier. The drive arms include drive teeth that are adapted to engage the carrier teeth. The carrier and product are replaceable, and the outer shell, the inner shell, and the actuator may be reused.

A cup for a mechanism of a cosmetic stick having a first portion, referred to as irremovable portion, provided with at least one means of assembly with the mechanism, and a second portion, referred to as removable portion configured to receive a cosmetic stick and provided with at least one mounting means coupled to the irremovable portion, the removable portion being nested inside the irremovable portion and comprising a lower neck having: a lower transverse bottom provided with a through opening, and an internal face provided with a first attachment means intended to cooperate with a second attachment means of an intermediate part configured to be attached at the level of the lower neck of the removable portion.

A dispenser is disclosed for a solid or semi-solid product that includes an outer shell and a slider disposed inside the outer shell. The carrier and product are replaceable, and the outer shell, the inner shell, and the actuator may be reused.

A container for a stick product utilizes a novel inner body that has no gaps along its top perimeter. As a result, significant advantages in assembly and operation are realized. Containers according to the present invention may be useful for all types of stick products that are applied by drawing the product across a surface.

A device (10) for packaging and applying a pasty product, notably a cosmetic product, comprising: a case (14); an external protective shell (30) mounted on the case (14) and provided on the interior surface thereof with at least one helical groove (36); a tubular element (40) mounted to rotate freely in said external protective shell (30), while being held axially relative to said shell and provided with at least one longitudinal groove (42); and a cup (20) supporting a stick (12) of product mounted to slide in said tubular element (40). The cup (20) comprises a lower cup (22) carrying the stud (23) and an upper cup (24) carrying the stick (12) of product and comprising an axial projection (24c) extending axially toward the base of the case (14) through an orifice (22d) provided on the lower cup (22), said lower and upper cups (22, 24) being integral via a “push-push” latch locking/unlocking system (50).

A lipstick container for hot filling with replaceable lipstick assembly includes a base, a fixed tube, a lipstick assembly and a cap. The lipstick assembly includes a support tube, a sleeving tube, and an ascending and descending tube; the fixed tube includes a first axial channel; the support tube includes a second axial channel; the sleeving tube includes a third axial channel; the ascending and descending tube includes a forth axial channel and a spiral groove portion screwed with internal threads of the support tube. The fixed tube is put on the sleeving tube and the ascending and descending tube is disposed through the sleeving tube and the support tube; an end of the sleeving tube urging against the support tube.

A device to dispensing a compound has a movable support arranged in a device housing in order to act on the compound, and a rotary handle in order to move the support between a lower starting position and a maximum upper extended position of the support. The handle has a spindle which can be rotated about a longitudinal axis provided in the movement direction of the support. A spindle nut is additionally provided on the support. The spindle nut has a length in the direction of the longitudinal axis, the length being greater than the distance between the lower starting position and the maximum upper extended position in the movement direction of the support. According to another solution, a combination of the support, the spindle, and the compound can be inserted into the device housing from the top for connecting to the rotary handle.

A cosmetic material feeding container includes a cylindrical tube that accommodates a cosmetic material, a leading cylinder to removably accommodate the tube, a container body that is detachably coupled with the leading cylinder, a cylindrical female screw member located inside the container body that is rotationally fixed with the container body, a pusher bar located inside the leading cylinder to push the cosmetic material in an axial direction to an outside of the tube when the pusher bar is rotated to screw into the female screw member, and a rotation stopper member located inside the leading cylinder to rotationally fix the pusher bar relative to the leading cylinder in the circumferential direction. The tube may be replaced when the leading cylinder is detached from the container body.

A lipstick container includes a cap including a plurality of cavities on an inner surface; a lipstick tube including a locking hole in a bottom, two opposite recesses on the locking hole, and a projection on an inner surface of the locking hole and distal the recesses; a carriage put on an outer surface of the lipstick tube adjacent to the locking hole and including a plurality of protrusions on an outer surface and complementarily disposed in the cavities respectively, an axial channel, and an annular protuberance on a surface of the axial channel, and a plurality of slits in the annular protuberance; and a seat including a bossed hole extending to dispose in both the axial channel and the locking hole, and two opposite tabs formed on an edge of the bossed hole and passing through the recesses respectively to urge against the projection.
