Hair Straightening Brush
Examples of a hairbrush are presented that comprises a heating plate and a plurality of protruding heating elements. The plurality of heating elements is arranged in a pattern resulting in a plurality of undulating paths such that hair strands pass on top of a face of the heating plate and through the plurality of undulating paths during brushing of the hair. A length of at least two of the heating elements, along at least one of the undulating paths, is larger than a width of the at least some of the heating elements. The hairbrush also includes a plurality of heat insulating spacers extending from the heating plate. At least some of the heat insulating spacers are longer than at least some of the said plurality of heating elements, and a plurality of peripheral heat insulating spacers are disposed around at least a portion of the heating plate.

The second applicator portion comprises an upper surface and a bottom surface. The bottom surface closely matches and covers the distal surface of the first applicator portion. Hot hair styling appliance holder
A hair appliance holder receives and retains the hot end of a hair appliance, such as a curling iron, into a cup shaped liner made of an insulating material that is held within a surrounding housing. The outer surface(s) of the liner are spaced apart from the inner surface(s) of the housing. Holes in a bottom portion of the liner communicate with vent opening(s) in a bottom wall of the housing. Air flows into the vent opening(s) of the housing, through the holes into the inner volume of the liner and exits from the top opening of the liner. Air from the vent opening(s) also flows through a gap between the housing and the liner to insulate the housing from the liner and direct heat out of the housing. Elongated ribs may project from the inner sidewall surface(s) and into the inner volume of the liner to define air flow passageways surrounding the hot hair appliance.
Mascara Warmer
A warming device includes a warming container with a flaring closed end and an open receiving end and a throat there between configured to snugly receive a tube of mascara, wherein a wall of the funnel-shaped container is waterproof and heat insulating. The device also includes a heating element in the flaring closed end powered by a power source and a heat thereof proportional to a digital thermometer. Further, a reservoir of water comprised in the flaring closed end is configured for conversion to steam based on the heating element to heat the mascara in its tube.
