A mascara application system includes two brushes on wands, biased together, requiring force by fingers to separate brushes. Once open or separated, brushes can be positioned on opposite sides (surfaces, top and bottom) of an eyelash (speaking of the entire lash, not individual fibers). Upon release of the force, brushes close on each other, with no affirmative force required to keep them together, fingers now free to manipulate by holding, rolling, drawing, or otherwise controlling the handle portion. A receptacle portion containing mascara product may receive, and seal the applicator with or without relative rotation, depending on the embodiment. The best functional embodiment requires no rotation of the squeegee seal, but instead causes the squeegee to move brushes and wands radially outward with limited movement (toggling) in almost any direction when partially withdrawn through the squeegee.

Devices, systems, and methods for applying cosmetic designs to biological subjects are provided. An applicator array device may include a substrate. The applicator array device may also include, a plurality of applicator elements disposed on the substrate, together defining an applicator array. Each applicator element may include an applicator member having a length substantially orthogonal to an outer surface of the substrate, a first portion of the length extending from the outer surface of the substrate and a second portion of the applicator member extending through the substrate. The first portion may define a first end and the second portion may define a second end opposite the first end. Each applicator element may also include an applicator surface defined by the first end.

Provided is an assembly for a nail pen comprising: a) a nib made from a material that is configured to allow for movement of varnish from inside of the nail pen to the nib, and from the nib to a nail; b) a guide made from a material that is non-absorbent to the varnish, the guide extending below a surface of the nib that is configured to apply varnish to the nail; wherein a user applies a strip of the varnish to a distal portion of the nail by holding the guide against an edge of the nail and moving the nail pen along the distal portion of the nail so that the surface of the nib holding the varnish contacts the distal portion of the nail to apply varnish to the nail.

The rotating lotion dispensing body brush is configured for use with a lotion. The rotating lotion dispensing body brush applies the lotion to the patient. The rotating lotion dispensing body brush comprises a brush structure, a control circuit, and a fluidic network. The brush structure contains the lotion, the control circuit, and the fluidic network. The control circuit pumps the lotion through the fluidic network. The control circuit rotates the brush structure. The fluidic network transports the lotion from the brush head to the patient.

The present invention relates to a makeup applicator brush device for storing and dispensing a cosmetic/makeup product for application onto the skin of a user, thereby eliminating the need to carry multiple bottles of makeup. The device is a combination of a makeup bottle and a brush and features a reservoir for storing and dispensing makeup product onto bristles of a brush head. The makeup product is selectively dispensed upon either pushing a push button disposed on a wand of the device or by turning a connector disposed between the wand and brush head of the device. The device can be used for storing and dispensing any type of cosmetic formulation and allows for convenient, compact, and portable application in a singular brush.

A cap for an applicator includes an inlet, a base having a connection portion embodied for connecting the cap to the applicator or a container formed therein, a head that receives an application part of the applicator within the head, and a projection formed at a top part of the cap. A device for applying a liquid material to hair and detangling the hair is disclosed. The device comprises a main body having a first body and a second body. The first body connects to the second body forming a cavity. The first body comprises a plate receiving section forming an opening to the cavity. The second body comprises slots. The first body comprises a plate at the plate receiving section. The device comprises bristles connecting the second body in alignment with the slots. The plate demounts from the first body and allows for filling of a liquid material into the cavity. The plate mounts to the first body sealing the first body. The liquid material flows through the bristles for moisturizing hair. Further, the bristles detangle the hair.
