A system is provided that includes a mobile user device (300) that executes an application and determines and transmits a recipe for generating a target cosmetic material that is based on a combination of a plurality of separate ingredients that are associated with the user. The system includes a dispensing device (100) configured to receive the transmitted recipe from the mobile user device 300) and dispense each of the plurality of separate ingredients onto a common dispensing surface such that when the dispensed amounts of each of the plurality of separate ingredients is blended on the dispensing surface, the target cosmetic material is achieved.

A dual lip product applicator having a cosmetic bullet insert. The device including a body member having a top region and a bottom region attachably connected to one another forming the body member. The top region includes a handle member having a cap at its proximate end for opening and closing a tip region of the handle member and having a lip applicator structure attached to its distal end. The cosmetic bullet insert is fixedly attached to an extraction mechanism for moving the cosmetic bullet insert up and down the internal cavity. The bottom region of the body member operates as a handle for the top region when applying the cosmetic bullet insert to a user's lips. The bottom region of the body member includes a container member for storing a lip product and for receiving a lip applicator structure for applying the lip product to the user's lips.

A dual lip product applicator having a cosmetic bullet insert. The device including a body member having a top region and a bottom region attachably connected to one another forming the body member. The top region includes a handle member having a cap at its proximate end for opening and closing a tip region of the handle member and having a lip applicator structure attached to its distal end. A cosmetic bottle with replaceable internal components includes a cover, two buttons, two inner connecting members, a brush rod, an inner bottle, a clamping ring, and an outer bottle that are coaxially arranged. The tool is equipped with a first container configured to contain lip balm disposed at a first end, and a second container configured to contain lip gloss disposed at a second end. The first container has a removable cap, which provides access to a spherical container containing the lip balm. Likewise, the second container contains a lip gloss applicator which is configured to unscrew from a junction between the first container and the second container. The shape of the tool as a whole resembles a lollipop, and may be equipped with a ‘flavor charm’ affixed to a bottom of the second container.
