Systems and methods for electronically creating and modifying a fitness plan are disclosed. The method may include receiving electronic user data, collecting electronic fitness data, and displaying a suggestion for a fitness activity based on the electronic user data and the electronic fitness data.

Provided is a grip apparatus for a portable device. The grip apparatus includes a base unit mounted on the portable device, a sliding hole formed in the base unit in a longitudinal direction of the base unit, a pair of sliders inserted into the sliding hole and independently movable along the sliding hole, and a band unit coupled to the pair of sliders and deformed to form a space, into which a finger is insertable, as at least one of the pair of sliders is moved.

A support system which allows for the use and mounting of a smart phone, or similar electronic device, in a variety of ways. The support system may be adapted to function as a hand grip while supporting the smart phone during image acquisition, or while watching images on the smart phone. In another configuration, the support system may be adapted to attach to the user's belt. In another configuration, the support system may function as a support stand. The support system may include a removable shutter which may actuate the camera functions via wireless communication.

A wearable sled system for a mobile computer device includes an open-ended sled housing, a removable end cap, and a mounting assembly for mounting the sled housing onto a user's arm or belt. A mobile computer device is slidably received into the sled housing, and the end cap is received on the sled housing's open end to form a complete enclosure. The mounting assembly includes a rigid mounting plate having a front side configured to receive the back side of the sled housing. The mounting plate and the sled housing include locking formations for selectively securing the sled housing to the mounting plate. The mounting assembly further includes an attachment device secured to the back side of the mounting plate for removably mounting the system on the user.

A versatile jewelry includes a main body having an inner surface arranged to be worn against the wrist and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. First and second end portions define a clearance sized to receive the wrist when the main body is donned by the user. At least one retaining feature comprises a plurality of hooks. A hair band is adapted to be selectively secured to the main body via the at least one retaining feature and to span the clearance at a height above the inner surface. The at least one retaining feature maintains the hair band in place on the main body and distributes pressure from the hair band away from the wrist. The hair band has an elasticity and the main body has a rigidity arranged to maintain the hair band at a height above the inner surface across the clearance.

A system for carrying or using a device includes the device and at least one attachment apparatus. The device may include at least one attachment element. The attachment apparatus may include a length of material and at least one attachment point arranged on an end of the length of material. The at least one attachment point may include at least one magnetic feature configured to attach and detach the device and the length of material. The material can include but is not limited to cloth, metallic (magnetic and non-magnetic), fibrous material, and so forth.

A case for a portable electronic device (PED) is disclosed. The case includes a body having an interior surface configured to accept a PED and an exterior surface to be exposed to outside forces. A back vent that permits the transfer heat away from the PED and to the environment presents through the body of the case. A cushioning member is placed at or near the back vent on the interior surface of the case and may substantially or completely surround the back vent. When a PED is placed within the case, the fit of the PED and the case causes the cushioning member to press against the PED in order to create a cushion for the PED in the event of an outside force being applied to the case. The case may include a screen protector within a frame that attaches to the body.

An electronic device handwear embodying a glove sleeve that retains a mobile phone “hands free” for outdoor activities in a main pocket by way of a pocket material along an outward facing surface of the glove sleeve. The pocket material is adapted to enable visual and haptic communication with the touchscreen user interface of the retained mobile phone. Embodiments of an apparatus for carrying a hat are disclosed. The apparatus has an elongated strap having a length extending between first and second ends. A belt buckle and belt buckle holes are provided in the strap to enable adjustment of the strap length. A first plurality of interlinked rings connects the first end of the strap to a first finger lever on a clip, and a second plurality of interlinked rings connects the second end of the strap to a second finger lever of the clip. The interlinked rings enable at least partial rotation of each end relative to the clip. The clip is used to attach to and carry a hat.
