The pivotable locking plate is formed with two locking holes allowing the locking arms to be inserted therein and the locking hooks to hook the edges thereof when being closed on the fastener base, so as to enter into a locked state, and be brought with the fastener base into an unlocked state by disengaging the locking hooks from the hole edges when the elastic arms are pressed.

The tool attaching end has a through opening transverse to the loop body where the tool attaching end is disposed in the first channel with the through opening aligned with the pin receiving recess. An anchor pin in the pin receiving recess retains the lanyard loop by extending through the through opening of the tool attaching end.

The composite structure further comprises front and back sides and an inner layer. At the top of the composite structure, the strap forms a larger loop that is used to attach the composite structure to a clip or device. At the far end of the composite structure, the beach badge is mounted onto the composite structure by inserting the metal pin of the badge through one of the insertion point created by one or more delimiters.
