MAGNETIC MULTIPURPOSE WEARABLE RETAINER
The field of invention relates to wearable retainers, and more particularly pertains to a new and improved eyewear retainer apparatus (100) wherein the same permits securement of ornamental indicia such as hatpins (110), lapel pins, trading pins and the like thereto. The magnetic multipurpose wearable retainer (100) has a cylindrical cavity (240) configured to releasably retain the nail portion (315) of said ornamental indicia. Said wearable retainer (100) attaches to shirts (900), hats (1200), jackets (1000), and other articles of clothing and accessories (1100). A hoop constructed of a length of fishing wire (120) is attached thereto said wearable retainer (100) for releasably securing eyewear (125). An earpiece (135) of said eyewear (125) is hooked through said hoop (120) until said eyewear lug (140) rests on said hoop (120), thus suspending said eyewear (125) therefrom. The embodiments disclosed herein retain ornamental nail bearing type indicia while keeping eyewear (125) and other items releasably attached thereto within easy reach.
Eyeglasses holding clip
The eye glasses holding clip is a device for the storage of eye glasses. The device is adapted to be attached to, and worn with, eye glasses. When the eye glasses are removed, the eye glasses holding clip allows the user to attach, carry, and store the eye glasses on an article of clothing or other object. The eye glasses holding clip comprises a rectangular tube, a hinge, and a clip.
Eyewear case
An eyeglasses case has a case main body having an eyeglasses accommodating portion in which electronic eyeglasses are accommodated, and a charger accommodating portion that is provided so as to be sectioned off from the eyeglasses accommodating portion and in which a charger of the electronic eyeglasses is accommodated. Further, the eyeglasses case has a cover portion that, by being engaged with the case main body, forms a space in which the electronic eyeglasses and the charger are accommodated between the cover portion and the case main body, and the cover portion has a displacement restricting portion that restricts movement of the charger within the charger accommodating portion.
Lanyard with integrated ear plugs and retractable sheath
A lanyard is provided. The lanyard may include a lanyard cord which is attached to a personal item such as safety glasses or an access card, an earplug cord which is attached to a first earplug and a second earplug, and a flexible retractable sheath. The lanyard cord and earplug cord may be disposed in the lumen of the retractable sheath and the retractable sheath is movable between a first position where it covers a first section of the lanyard cord and the earplug cord and a second position where it exposes the first section of the lanyard cord and the earplug cord.
Devices and accessories employing a living hinge
A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360° allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The devices of the disclosure can also be used to organize and hold loose items together.
HOLDING DEVICE FOR PORTABLE EQUIPMENT ITEMS
Holding device (100) for portable equipment, in particular cameras, comprising a housing (1) in which a roller element (2) and a return element (7) are arranged, wherein the roller element (2) is arranged on the housing (1) and is rotatably mounted in relation to the housing (1), a tie (9) for fastening equipment items, wherein the tie (9) is completely rolled up on the roller element (2) in an initial state and only one end of the tie (9) protrudes from the housing (1), wherein the return element (7) is arranged between the housing (1) and the roller element (2) in such a way that the return element (7) exerts a tensile force on the roller element (2) so that the tie (9) can be rolled up on the roller element (2), wherein the tie (9) can be unrolled and can be pulled out of the housing (1) in relation thereto when a tensile force facing away from the housing (1) is exerted on the tie (9), a force which is greater than the force exerted by the return element (7) on the roller element (2), up to an end position in which the tie (9) is completely unrolled from the roller element (2), and wherein the tie (9) can be rolled up to the initial state and can be pulled out of the housing (1) in relation thereto when a tensile force facing away from the housing (1) is exerted on the tie (9), a force which is smaller than the force exerted by the return element (7) on the roller element (2),
where
the holding device (100) comprises a bistable locking mechanism (20) with two switching positions, namely a locked position and an unlocked position, wherein in the locked position the rotation of the roller element (2) in relation to the housing (1) is blocked and the tie (9) is rolled off by at least 80%, in particular by 80 to 99%, preferably by 95 to 99%, wherein in the unlocked position the roller element (2) is rotatable in relation to the housing (1) and wherein the locking mechanism (20) can be changed between the locked position and the unlocked position by placing the tie (9) in the end position.
Sol Pocket
The Sol Pocket is a sleeve-like pocket which is open on both ends and placed on an article of clothing. It is either a separate piece of fabric that is sewn on two parallel sides along the length of the edge, or is an extension of fabric that is folded back on itself and the open end sewn to create the pocket. The Sol Pocket then allows a pair of glasses to be held in place. Once the glasses are placed in the pocket, they also provide more structural integrity to the article of clothing so that the article of clothing does not get stretched or wrinkled. The pocket also allows a pair of glasses to be fashionably displayed by being held in place on an article of clothing.
Quick attachment carrier assembly of a container to enable free movement of a body of a wearer and hands-free utilization through multiple attachability options
A carrier pouch includes a pouch section, and a carrier attachment assembly coupled with the pouch section. The carrier attachment assembly enables a wearer to carry the carrier pouch with hands-free mobility, and includes a rigid assembly and a number of elastic bands, with the rigid assembly being elongated and having a proximal end and a distal end as extremities thereof. The distal end of the rigid assembly comfortably tucks in an inner side of a waistband of a garment worn by the wearer. The number of elastic bands extends across and over or under the rigid assembly to enable positioning of the carrier attachment assembly coupled with the pouch section on a limb of the wearer or the waistband of the garment. The rigid assembly is movable outside or inside the number of elastic bands to attach the carrier pouch on a waist or the limb of the wearer.
