LANYARD WITH INTEGRATED EAR PLUGS AND RETRACTABLE SHEATH
A lanyard is provided. The lanyard may include a lanyard cord which is attached to a personal item such as safety glasses or an access card, an earplug cord which is attached to a first earplug and a second earplug, and a flexible retractable sheath. The lanyard cord and earplug cord may be disposed in the lumen of the retractable sheath and the retractable sheath is movable between a first position where it covers a first section of the lanyard cord and the earplug cord and a second position where it exposes the first section of the lanyard cord and the earplug cord.
Eyewear Retention Clip
An eyewear retention clip is configured to secure a wearer’s eyewear to their clothing (e.g., a shirt pocket, collar, etc.). The eyewear retention clip is able to easily attach and remove from a variety of glasses without the use of tools. Attaching the clip to eyewear is made easier as the eyewear retention clip is made from a stretchable material (e.g., silicone, neoprene, etc.) that can securely conform to a variety of glasses/temple arm shapes. At the same time, the material is soft enough to not irritate the skin of a wearer or damage/snag clothing of a wearer.
Carrier, magnetically attachable to garment
There is provided a carrier, for carrying one or more personal articles on any part of a garment, comprising a patch, configured to be temporarily attachable to the inner side of the garment and including one or more magnets, configured to hold attached to the outer side of the garment at least one article or articles holder that may be attracted magnetically. There are also provided holders, each formed to hold one or more of the articles and configured to be temporarily attachable to the outer side of the garment and to be magnetically attracted to any of the magnets. Any of the holders may include one or more magnets, configured to be attracted to corresponding magnets in the patch. Any of the holders may be formed as a pouch or a pocket.
DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES EMPLOYING A LIVING HINGE
A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360° allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The devices of the disclosure can also be used to organize and hold loose items together.
Eyewear mounting device
A hardware mounting system for eyewear including a mounting bracket that is secured to a temple of eyewear by wrapping a stretchable retention band around the temple and aligning two openings in the retention band around a protrusion in the mounting bracket. Either or both of a mounting arm and a spherical rod end can be secured to the mounting bracket. The mounting arm can allow an ear device such as hearing protection to be secured to the eyewear. The spherical rod end allows a device having a socket such as certain illumination devices to be secured to the eyewear.
Soft goggle case with one-handed quick release
A four-way stretch fabric case for storing a pair of goggles, the case having a hinged internal frame positioned inside a body portion and a cover portion. The internal frame is comprised of a cover frame sized and shaped to hingeably cover the body and further formed with a coupling point, a vertical leg and an open to load hinge affixed to both the cover frame and the vertical leg. A spring loaded release mechanism affixed to a lower end of the vertical leg is comprised of a post with a spring at its upper end and a hook at its lower end, with a release cord affixed to its lower end. The hook is adapted to disengage the coupling point by pulling the cord and moving the hook to allow the cover to hinge open.
CARRY CASE FOR RECHARGEABLE EYEWEAR DEVICES
A carry case for an electronics-enabled eyewear device, such as smart glasses, has charging contacts that are movable relative to a storage chamber in which the eyewear device is receivable. The charging contacts are connected to a battery carried by the case for charging the eyewear device via contact coupling of the charging contacts to corresponding contact formations on an exterior of the eyewear device. The charging contacts are in some instances mounted on respective flexible walls defining opposite extremities of the storage chamber. The contact formations on the eyewear device are in some instances provided by hinge assemblies that couple respective temples to a frame of the eyewear device.
TETHER CLIP
A tether clip comprises first and second clip portions and a connector. The first clip portion has a first intermediate portion interconnecting a first clamping end and a first connector end, and the second clip portion has a second intermediate portion interconnecting a second clamping end and a second connector end. The first and second intermediate portions are pivotally connected. The connector is positioned between the first and second connector ends and is configured and arranged to connect to a tether. When a force is exerted upon the connector, the connector moves relative to the first and second clip portions, and when the connector moves in a direction toward distal ends of the first and second connector ends, the first and second connector ends move apart and the first and second clamping ends move toward each other to increase a clamping force by the first and second clamping ends.
Eyewear device charging case
