Embodiments of the present invention provide a modular tool carrying system and apparatus. In an embodiment of the invention, the modular tool carrying apparatus includes a rigid outer surface and an inner surface opposite the rigid outer surface where the inner surface is configured to be placed against a back of a user. The modular tool carrying apparatus further includes shoulder straps configured to secure the inner surface against the user and a central tool mounting assembly configured to secure one or more tools to the rigid outer surface. The central tool mounting assembly includes a strap configured to secure the tool to the rigid outer surface between parallel brackets mounted to the rigid outer surface.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a modular tool carrying system and apparatus. A medical backpack for storing medical supplies and medical equipment is disclosed. The medical backpack can be used by medics working in rural or remote areas that are not accessible by car and where access to hospitals and medical supplies is limited or non-existent. The medical backpack is light enough to carry long distances and comprised of a number of different compartments that are flexible to equip with various supplies for specific needs and circumstances.

An attachment system includes a wearable carrier and an attachment slot. The wearable carrier is formed at least in part from a flexible material having an outer surface and an inner surface opposite the outer surface. The attachment slot is formed through the flexible material and configured to receive a strap of an attachment accessory. The attachment slot extends from a first end to a second end and includes a first segment, a second segment, and a third segment. The first segment extends from the first end to the second segment. The second segment extends from the first segment to the third segment. The third segment extends from the second segment to the second end. The first segment and the second segment define a first non-orthogonal angle therebetween. The third segment and the second segment define a second non-orthogonal angle therebetween.

A carry harness system includes a support belt arranged to encircle a user's waist; a shoulder harness arranged to lay over the user's shoulders on opposite sides of the user's head; two front belt support straps arranged to be on a front side of the user and extending between the shoulder harness and the support belt; two rear belt support straps arranged to be on a rear side of the user and extending between the shoulder harness and the support belt; two post receivers supported on the support belt on the rear side; and two posts. The posts are arranged spaced-apart on the rear side, fit into the receivers and extending vertically between the post receivers and a vertical elevation above the shoulder harness. The two posts are fixed to the shoulder harness and have strap connections at tops of the posts. Two object support straps extend between the strap connections forwardly and obliquely to attachments on a rear side of the object to be carried.

A carrying device is provided that includes a load compartment configured to accommodate a load; at least one wheel rotatably coupled to the load compartment and configured to roll along a ground; a shaft attached to the load compartment; and a coupling element attached the shaft. The coupling element is configured to couple the carrying device to a person in a manner that allows towing of the carrying device by the person. A system for supporting a firearm in a generally vertical position includes a stock support member to support the stock of the firearm, a first fastening element operatively connectable to a user, and a second fastening element mountable with respect to the firearm. The system is configured such that the first and second fastening elements remain engaged when the firearm is in the generally vertical position so that the firearm is supported only by the fastening elements and the stock support member, but automatically disengage when the firearm is moved to a generally horizontal position for firing.
