A surface cleaning device for cleaning substantially vertical surfaces includes a plate, which is pivotally engaged to a first end of a rod so that the rod extends from a first face of the plate. The plate has a second face to which a pad can be removably engaged. A canister containing a cleaning solution under pressure engageable to a valve engaged to the plate. A plurality of nozzles is engaged to the first face of the plate and is operationally engaged to and in fluidic communication with the valve. The nozzles can spray the cleaning solution past a leading edge of the plate. An actuator is engaged to the rod proximate its second end and is operationally engaged to the valve. The actuator selectively actuates the valve to dispense the cleaning solution through the nozzles onto a substantially vertical surface proximate to the leading edge of the plate.

An apparatus for dispensing a material from a cartridge comprises a dispensing head having a passage therethrough, the passage extending from a receiving socket to a dispensing orifice through said dispensing head, an outer casing, securable to the dispensing head and rotatably relative to the dispensing head and an end cap threadably received within the dispensing head and having an end connector disposed towards the dispensing head. The receiving socket and the end connector are adapted to receive the cartridge so as to rotatably fix the end cap relative to the dispensing head wherein rotation of the outer casing threadably moves the end cap in a longitudinal direction thereby compressing the cartridge between the dispensing head and the end cap. A kit may include the apparatus and a cartridge extending between first and second ends and having an interior adapted to contain a substance to be dispensed therefrom.

The present invention discloses a foam cleansing instrument, including a base, a liquid injection bottle, a cleansing head, and a foaming pump. The base has a bottle mounting position. The liquid injection bottle is detachably mounted in the bottle mounting position, and enables a cleanser in the liquid injection bottle to flow downward to a bottle mouth of the liquid injection bottle by its own gravity. The cleansing head is arranged on the base and configured to fit a human face to smear foam on the human face. The foaming pump is connected to the bottle mouth of the liquid injection bottle through a liquid inlet pipe and connected to the cleansing head through a liquid outlet pipe; and at least one of the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe is connected to a foam maker. Applicator devices and methods for dispensing solid and liquid materials therefrom are disclosed. The applicator devices provide for application of a wide variety of liquid and solid materials from a hand-held device in combination with a buffing element. The devices generally include a top portion that forms a housing and a bottom portion that defines a buffing element. The top portion incudes an interior side that defines an inner cavity configured to contain the liquid or solid material and an exterior side having at least a portion configured to be grasped by a user's hand. Attachment between the housing and the buffing element may be releasable so that various interchangeable buffing elements may be used in combination with the liquid or solid material contained in the housing of the device.

A cosmetic container with an application member includes a cylindrical barrel, a core, a bottle that is configured to accommodate cosmetic and has an opening, a sleeve, and a joint that has an opening portion and a closed portion. The sleeve is configured to expose the application member or cover an outer circumference of the application member by a sliding operation of the sleeve. When the sleeve slides for exposing the application member, the opening portion overlaps with the opening so that the cosmetic passes through the opening portion and the opening. When the sleeve slides for covering the outer circumference of the application member, the closed portion overlaps with the opening to prevent the cosmetic from passing through between the joint and the bottle.

An oral care kit comprising an oral care implement having a first reservoir containing a first oral care agent comprising a first whitening reagent that includes triacetin; and a container having a second reservoir containing a second oral care agent, the second oral care agent comprising a catalytic enzyme and a second whitening reagent that includes peroxide forming compound.

A cosmetic container with an application member includes a cylindrical barrel, a core, a bottle that is configured to accommodate cosmetic and has an opening, a sleeve, and a joint that has an opening portion and a closed portion. The sleeve is configured to expose the application member or cover an outer circumference of the application member by a sliding operation of the sleeve. When the sleeve slides for exposing the application member, the opening portion overlaps with the opening so that the cosmetic passes through the opening portion and the opening. When the sleeve slides for covering the outer circumference of the application member, the closed portion overlaps with the opening to prevent the cosmetic from passing through between the joint and the bottle.

A toilet brush assembly including a brush, including: a handle assembly including a handle assembly proximal end and a handle assembly distal end; and a brush head that includes a plurality of tufts of bristles disposed on an outer surface of the brush head, a cavity defined by an inner surface of the brush head, and a fastener portion. The toilet brush assembly also includes a base, including a cup for receiving the brush head. The brush head selectively couples to the handle assembly distal end at the fastener portion of the brush head at a handle assembly-brush head connection; and at least one of the base and the brush head define at least one interference feature formed from a surface of the base and that contacts the tufts of bristles when the brush head is in a rest position within the cup.

Foot washing apparatus including a base, a housing with a first arm extending vertically from the base so as to generally divide an upper surface of the base into a toe area and a heel area, and a second arm having a lower surface extending generally horizontally from the first arm, the lower surface of the second arm overlying the toe area. A soap dispensing assembly includes a receptacle for receiving a pressurized soap can, an activating lever for dispensing soap, a conduit system for carrying dispensed soap from the soap can to brushes carried by the apparatus, and a stabilizing handle extending upwardly form the base. A trigger mechanism is carried by a grip and coupled to the activating lever by a link for moving the activating lever to the activated position.

A paint applicator, kit and methodology for using the same is disclosed. For example, a paint applicator that allows a user to load a desired amount of paint, such as a water based or other low VOC paint, into the paint applicator and an advancement mechanism that dispenses paint at a rate controllable by the user is disclosed. The advancement mechanism can include a system that translates a rotational force applied to an end cap of the applicator into a linear force that advances a piston which in turn applies paint to an applicator portion. The paint applicator may be reusable or may include a ratchet system that allows for only one time use. The methodology and kit can incorporate a syringe for loading paint into the paint applicator, thus reducing the loss of paint through spilling.
