SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING PERSONALIZED ORAL CARE DEVICES
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for providing personalized oral irrigation. One variation of a method of generating a model of an oral insert including a fluid inlet port, fluid nozzles, manifolds, and a tray configured to retain teeth may comprise the steps of displaying a graphical representation of the oral insert model, generating a geometry of the fluid nozzles based on oral scan data of a jaw, defining a tray surface that encloses the fluid nozzles based on the oral scan data, generating a geometry of the manifolds that connect the fluid inlet port to the fluid nozzles on the graphical representation of the oral insert model. The manifolds are configured to provide a predetermined range of hydraulic pressures to each of the fluid nozzles.
Cleaning brush attached to oral irrigator
A cleaning brush is attached to an oral irrigator that includes a supply pipe stored in a body unit, which has a control unit on the lower side of a cleaning tank in which a cleaning solution is stored, such that cleaning is carried out by supplying the cleaning solution at a predetermined water pressure. The cleaning brush includes a supply hole to which the supply pipe is connected and which is provided on the upper side of a finger cover having an insertion space into which a finger is inserted. Nozzles are formed at predetermined intervals on the upper side of a nozzle unit to which the supply hole is connected. A brush protrudes from the peripheral upper side at which the nozzles are formed. The supply hole has a connection member protruding outward and has a connector having connector-connecting pipes formed on both sides thereof.
