SERVER FOR PROVIDING ASSESSMENT INFORMATION ON TOOTH BRUSHING
The purpose of this invention is to improve the health of users while effectively utilizing data obtained from information about tooth brushing. One embodiment of the present invention is a server connected via a network to a user terminal communicating with an instrument equipped with a sensor that detects predetermined measurement information on tooth brushing, and to an evaluator terminal that inputs predetermined evaluations, which receives measurement information on tooth brushing detected by the sensor, receives the measurement information on tooth brushing, receives the receiving habit information of a user who performs tooth brushing, and transmits the evaluation information based on the measurement information and the habit information to the user terminal.
Oral care instrument
An oral hygiene implement is described herein. The oral hygiene implement has a handle; a head, and a neck disposed between the handle and the head. The head has a plurality of contact elements. An indication element is positioned between the neck and handle of the oral hygiene element. A transmission element is positioned between the indication element and a light emitting source. The light emitting source provides electromagnetic energy to the transmission element.
SMART TOOTH CLEANING DEVICE
The present invention provides a smart tooth cleaning device comprises a hand piece having a bearing surface, a tooth cleaning piece, a driving module connected to the tooth cleaning piece for driving the tooth cleaning piece to move, a first camera module comprising a first optical lens and a first image capturing element, and a first light source module comprising a plurality of light-emitting elements. The tooth cleaning piece has a tooth cleaning body, a brush head, and a plurality of bristles. The first camera module is disposed on the bearing surface and is electrically connected to the control module. The first image capturing element receives light along an optical axis of the first optical lens. A first angle θ1 between the optical axis and a first direction, is in a range of 5°to 30°. The first light source module is disposed on the bearing surface.
Applicator device
An applicator device including at least one holding section, at least one working tip, and a neck section connecting the holding section and the working tip, the device also includes a base body formed at least partially from a first plastic component, the base body being at least partially overmolded by at least one second plastic component that is softer than the first plastic component. In the region of the working tip, the at least one second plastic component at least partially coats the base body, and the coating includes outwardly projecting, bristle-type cleaning elements.
Diagnosis using a digital oral device
A system and method for instant tongue sampling and diagnosis includes acquiring a plurality of tongue images from a plurality of digital oral devices, and a current health conditions, building a diagnosis framework for diagnosing a current health condition of a user by: i) analyzing the collected tongue images with a visual recognition engine to determine tongue characteristics of each tongue captured in the tongue images, and ii) correlating the tongue characteristics with the current health condition, identifying tongue characteristics from a received image of the tongue using the visual image recognition engine, applying the diagnosis framework to the tongue characteristics of the tongue to diagnosis the current health condition of the user, and modifying a graphical user interface of the digital oral device to display a custom health report indicative of the current health condition of the user, in response to applying the diagnosis framework.
PERSONAL CARE DEVICE WITH CAMERA
A personal care system having a treatment device for applying a treatment to the skin or hair of a user is provided. The treatment device has a camera for taking an image of the skin. The system may include or be in communication with an application programming interface (API) that can process the image. The system or an associated API can recommend the use of treatment regimens or topical products according to information determined from the digital image of the skin.
Manual force sensitive toothbrush
A Manual Force Sensitive Toothbrush which includes a pivot section which couples a main beam section to a bristle beam section. The pivot section provides notification to user when force upon gumline is exceeded beyond the predetermined levels of force. The pivot is a manual system the connects and reconnects through the use of magnets. When magnets are in connect, the main beam and bristle beam sections provide the end user a gripping section and bristle section to carefully and effectively brush tooth and gums, adversely the force sensitive toothbrush releases upon excessive force applied against tooth and gum—creating a force sensitive section in the toothbrush as referred to as the pivot section. The release of the bristle beam section extends between 15-20 degrees from the resting plane of the main beam section. As further use, the bristle beam section bristle head backside has a thoughtfully designed indent for the use to apply an index finger to stabilize the main beam section with the bristle beam section to brush the tongue with ability to apply forces above that designed for the tooth and gum.
