Toothbrush For Use By Caretakers
A finger toothbrush for brushing the teeth of a patient comprises a soft, for example rubbery, flexible outer housing defining an elongated rubbery housing internal volume, with the flexible outer housing having an outside surface and an internal surface. The flexible outer housing has a proximal end and a distal end. A finger receiving member defines an internal volume for receiving a finger of an individual. The finger receiving member is more rigid than the soft flexible outer housing and is positioned within or incorporated into the outer housing layer, for example, as coil or wire. The finger receiving member is positioned with its outer surface being positioned radially inwardly from the outer surface of the rubbery flexible outer housing. The rubbery flexible outer housing is made of a material compressible enough to absorb the pressure of teeth biting down against the finger receiving member without the teeth being damaged. A cluster of scrubbing surfaces extend from the outer surface of the rubbery flexible outer housing.
Toothbrush
A manual toothbrush having oral hygiene elements arranged in polygons with an oral hygiene element at each apex, and having plural polygons nested within each other. The oral hygiene elements may be bristles, which may be of two different types, or elastomer elements and may contain tooth-polishing additive. The toothbrush head surface may be flat or may have its region distal from the handle angled up.
Mobile Trailer-Cleaning System
A mobile trailer-cleaning system is a system that facilitates the cleaning of the exterior surfaces of a trailer. The system may include at least one brush assembly, a roof carriage, an agitation mechanism, and a steering assembly. The at least one brush assembly enables the cleaning of all the trailer's exterior surfaces including the rear of the trailer and any non-flat surfaces. The roof carriage serves as a guide to maintain the at least one brush assembly adjacent to the trailer's walls as the at least one brush assembly moves along the trailer. The roof carriage also prevents the at least one brush assembly from tipping over. The agitation mechanism eases the cleaning of the trailer's exterior surfaces by agitating the at least one brush assembly in predetermined modes of operation. The steering assembly enables the user to manually operate the at least one brush assembly during the cleaning process.
Cleaning apparatus
The invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning. The apparatus comprises a cleaning member adapted to engage a surface to be cleaned; a support member for supporting the cleaning member, with the cleaning member being resiliently movable between an extended position and a retracted position relative to the support member in response to an external force applied to the cleaning member; one or more engaging members provided at the support member; wherein the engaging members are adapted to engage the surface when the cleaning member is arranged at the retracted position such that further retraction of the cleaning member is substantially prevented.
Personal hygiene device
A personal hygiene device has a handle and a treatment head pivotably connected with the handle. Applying a treatment force against the treatment head causes a pivoting of the treatment head relative to the handle. A sensor, such as, e.g., a Hall sensor, fixedly secured with respect to one of the handle and the treatment head, measures a measurement variable. A sensor cooperation unit defines or influences the measurement variable in dependence on the relative position of the sensor and the sensor cooperation unit, such e.g., as a sensor permanent magnet, fixedly secured relative to one of the handle and the treatment head. A spring unit defines a rest position of the treatment head when no treatment force is applied. The spring unit has a first spring constant in the treatment direction and a second spring constant in a lateral direction, the second spring constant being at least about two times higher than the first spring constant.

An Interdental Cleaning Device
An interdental cleaning device includes a handle. A cleaning head assembly is mounted on the handle. The cleaning head assembly includes a head that is mounted on the handle, the head defining a cavity. An interdental cleaning member is mounted on the head to extend into the cavity, the interdental cleaning member including an interdental cleaning element. A plunger is mounted on the head, the plunger being reciprocally displaceable relative to the head between an operative position in which the plunger is at least partially retracted into the cavity and an inoperative position in which the plunger extends from the cavity. A spring mechanism is interposed between the plunger and the head so that the movement of the plunger into the operative position is against a bias of the spring mechanism. The plunger defines a longitudinally extending passage that is dimensioned to accommodate the cleaning element. The interdental cleaning member is positioned so that the interdental cleaning element extends from a distal opening of the longitudinal passage when the plunger is in the operative position and is positioned within the plunger when the plunger is in the inoperative position.
TOOTHBRUSH
An object of the present invention is to provide a toothbrush that enables an appropriate brushing pressure to be more reliably recognized. A head portion (10) provided on a tip end side in a long axis direction and having a bristle tufting surface (11), a grip portion (30) disposed on a rear end side from the head portion, and a neck portion (20) disposed between the bristle tufting surface and the grip portion are provided. A sound generation portion (70) that generates a click sound due to deformation when an external force in a first direction orthogonal to the bristle tufting surface exceeds a threshold value is provided on a rear end side from the bristle tufting surface.
