ELECTROMOTIVE ACTUATOR TO ADJUST HEIGHT WITH FRICTION SLEEVE
An electromotive actuator to adjust a height includes an electric motor with a motor shaft, a helical gear assembly operatively connected to the motor shaft, a sleeve-shaped friction brake to act on the motor shaft, and a housing surrounding the electric motor or the helical gear assembly and including a seat of the friction brake. The friction brake includes an opening extending in a radial direction relative to a longitudinal axis of the motor shaft such that the friction brake is attachable to the motor shaft perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF A FIRST PART RELATIVE TO A SECOND PART, A RETROFIT KIT FOR SUCH A DEVICE AND HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM COMPRISING A PLURALITY OF SUCH DEVICES
A device for adjusting the height of a first part relative to a second part includes a first hollow profiled element, a second hollow profiled element which is displaceable along its longitudinal axis relative to the first hollow profiled element, a drive unit for displacement of the second hollow profiled element relative to the first hollow profiled element and a support unit which, in relation to the longitudinal axis, is arranged between the first hollow profiled element and the second hollow profiled element for the purpose of supporting the first hollow profiled element against the second hollow profiled element.
FURNITURE SYSTEM HAVING A LINEAR ACTUATOR
A furniture system having a furniture item which includes an electrically-adjustable component, a control unit and a linear actuator for adjusting a component of the furniture item is provided. The linear actuator includes a gear mechanism including a hollow element and a first stage formed as a friction wheel stage. The linear actuator further includes a motor on a drive side and an adjustment member arranged on an output side. The linear actuator, in particular the motor, the gear mechanism and the adjustment member are adapted to alter a length of the adjustment member by means of the motor and the gear mechanism. The control unit is coupled with the linear actuator and adapted to actuate the linear actuator for adjusting the component.
DRIVE DEVICE OF ADJUSTABLE DESK
A drive device of an adjustable desk, which includes a drive shaft and a drive source. The drive shaft is detachably connected to an elevating device of the adjustable desk. The drive source is connected to the drive shaft and is configured to rotate the drive shaft to drive the elevating device, thereby allowing users to drive the adjustable desk manually or electrically.
Electric lifting device
An electric lifting device includes one driving mechanism and at least two transmission mechanisms, the two transmission mechanisms cooperating mutually and connected through a transmission bar assembly, with one transmission bar assembly driven by the driving mechanism. Each transmission mechanism includes a gearbox, a first driving gear, a second driving gear with axes of the first and second driving gears being crossed vertically, and lifting table legs disposed below at least two of the transmission mechanisms and driven by the second driving gear of the corresponding transmission mechanism to be lifted synchronously. The present invention employs only one driving mechanism, and with respect to the structure employing multiple driving mechanisms, the electric lifting device in the present invention can not only prevent interference to guarantee higher consistency, but also reduce devices to lower the difficult in control, thereby significantly reducing the cost.
Tool cabinet
A tool cabinet includes a cabinet body having two guide rails, a movable working platform unit having two extension members that are respectively coupled to the guide rails, two lifting units, and a driving unit. Each extension member has an inner coupling hole. Each lifting unit has a support member, a threaded rod, and a threaded member movably and threadedly engaging the threaded rod. Rotation of the threaded rods results in the movement of the working platform unit between lowered and lifted positions. When the working platform unit is arrested in the middle of being driven from the lifted position to the lowered position while the driving unit continues to operate, the rotation of the threaded rod drives the threaded member to slide away from the support member.
Height adjustable desk driven by single motor
A height adjustable desk includes a work surface, a first telescoping leg, a second telescoping leg, a driving device, and a switch device. The first telescoping leg and the second telescoping leg are connected to the work surface, and are driven by the driving device to lift or low the work surface to any desired height. The switch device is mounted on the first telescoping leg to be activated when the work surface is moved to a predetermined position. The switch device will turn the motor off to stop the work surface when the switch device is activated.
Telescopic tube assembly for height adjustable table
A telescopic tube assembly includes an outer tube and an inner tube which is telescopically inserted in the outer tube. A first stabilizing unit and a second stabilizing unit respectively located in a gap between the inner and outer tubes to make the inner tube stably moved relative to the outer tube. The first stabilizing unit includes two plates. The outer surface of each of the two plates is in contact with the inner surface of the outer tube, and the inner surface of each of the two plates is in contact with the outer surface of the inner tube.
