At least one food pan is located in one of the food pan receiving locations. A cooling system is provided for cooling the food pan. The food pan includes a wall at least in part defining a food receiving volume, a thermowell extending inward from the wall into the food receiving volume and a temperature sensor positioned within the thermowell. A food pan is also provided.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ACCESS TO MEDICATIONS
The exemplary embodiments herein provide a method for controlling access to medications. The method preferably includes the step of electronically unlocking a lid for a single bin out of a plurality of bins within a delivery module at a first location, to accept a medication into the unlocked bin, where the rest of the bins in the same delivery module remain locked. The method should then engage a mechanical lock on the lid once it has been closed, maintain the bin in a locked state during transport to a second location, and engage a mechanical lock on the delivery module once it has been lowered into a drawer at the second location.
MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY STATION AND METHOD OF USE
A medical station includes a movable cart, a cassette system, and a computer system with a configuration map. The cassette system including a plurality of drawers. The configuration map includes, for each respective one of the drawers, a unique drawer identifier and an indicator of a location of the respective one of the drawers at the cassette system.
SYSTEM FOR STORING AND DELIVERING FOOD TRAYS
The system is used for storing and delivering individual food trays having opposite hot and cold food products areas. The housing includes two separate chambers that can receive food trays through a respective one among two opposite lateral openings. Among other things, from the standpoint of an attendant at a food tray assembly station, this system allows using the same left-right food tray orientation regardless of which one of the lateral openings is directly set in front of the standpoint after repositioning the whole housing.
Breading and sifting station
A breading and sifting apparatus is disclosed. The breading and sifting apparatus may include a frame, a plate, and a breading lug adapter. The breading and sifting apparatus may be configured to accommodate work surface in a lowered position and in an elevated position, as well as in a left-handed configuration and a right-handed configuration.
Beverage Serving Trolley
A beverage serving trolley having a supporting structure, a handle located at a side of the beverage serving trolley for moving the beverage serving trolley, at least one wheel and a presentation basket comprising a basket handle and being configured to receive beverage bottles and ice cubes, wherein the presentation basket is arranged on the top side of the beverage serving trolley and is inserted into the beverage serving trolley, and that the presentation basket is removable from the beverage serving trolley by lifting the presentation basket in an upward direction by the basket handle.
Cart with removable table extensions
A cart, such as a kitchen cart, has a bottom shelf supported by leg members. The leg members further support a central shelf or basket at a user-desired position along the legs, and a top support. The top support can retain a top work surface thereto. On at least one side of the cart, arms can pivot outward, adjacent the top work surface, to support one or more work surface extension members. Typically, there may be one work surface extension member on each side of the cart, providing the user with additional workspace and providing the option of removal without interfering with the functionality of the cart.
Portable cooler with foldout bar

The bar body may be transported to a venue using a pair of all terrain wheels located on the bottom of the bar body. The bar body may be opened to provide access to the cooler, the ice well, the multi-use bucket, the speed rail, and the one or more bar accessories. The bar body may be operable as the bottom support of a bar. A left counter top and a right counter top may be unfolded to align with a main counter top to form a counter top at the top of the bar body.
A TEMPERATURE REGULATED TRAY
A tray (1) for releasably engaging a trolley, the tray (1) comprises a body (2) describing a sealed volume (V), the sealed volume (V) having a phase change material (PCM) received therein, the tray (1) comprising an engagement means (4) for releasably engaging a trolley.
Food service apparatus with peltier heating and cooling systems
Systems and apparatus for heating or cooling food. A heating and cooling system for operative connection to a well includes a first manifold having a plurality of openings, each allowing a seal to be made against a first surface of a Peltier chip, and defines a flow path for a heat transfer fluid which directly contacts the first surfaces of a plurality of Peltier chips. The fluid circulates through tubing from the manifold to the well and connects to a flow space of a tray disposed therein. A second opposite manifold may be joined to the first manifold to form a block and defines a second flow path allowing direct contact with the second surfaces of the plurality of Peltier chips. The fluid circulates through tubing from the second manifold to a radiator. The manifolds may be joined to form a manifold block. The trays may be interchangeable.
