A desk with support structures configured to attach modular attachments is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may include a work surface, a left-side support structure, a right-side support structure, a core body, a working body that provides the work surface, one or more modular attachments, one or more mounting brackets, and/or other components. The one or more modular attachments can be mechanically coupled to and supported by either support structure.

The Operating unit (1) comprises a first part constructed as a housing (2), which contains the electric equipment with at least one electric switch and a second part constructed as a mounting unit (3) for the first part. The two parts are interconnected about a shaft (17), or pivot, so they can rotate mutually. When the operating unit is mounted the housing (2) will assume a first position, an initial position. By pressing the housing (2) it rotates about the shaft (17) and is brought into a second position, an activation position, where the switch(es) is/are activated in that they are pressed against the second part (3). With this embodiment of the operating unit the piece of furniture can be adjusted in either direction by pressing the housing (2). The housing (2), besides from functioning as a switch, can also be equipped with other switches and displays.

A height-adjustable desk is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may include a work surface, a left-side support structure, a right-side support structure, a core body, and a working body that provides the work surface. The core body may include lifting mechanisms such that the work surface of the desk may be positioned for a person in a standing and/or sitting position. The working body may include a control interface configured to be manually engaged by the user, to control lifting and/or lowering of the work surface of the desk.

A workstation system (1) has an office desk with a seated work area and a standing working area. A support frame (10) is height-adjustable in the vertical axis H for synchronously adjusting the height of two desktops (T1, T2) attached to the frame at different work levels (A1, A2) to form respective seated and standing working areas. The desktops (T1, T2) are attached to the support frame at a fixed distance to each other in the vertical axis H. The upper desktop (T2) is arranged above the working level (A1) of the lower desktop (T1) in the vertical axis.

The electronic processor is configured to receive a reservation including a reservation start time, increase a communication range of the short-range communication circuit when the reservation start time is a predetermined period of time from a current time, and receive a proximity signal from the electronic device. The electronic processor is also configured to illuminate the light source in a first color, receive a check-in signal when the proximity signal is received, change the light source from the first color to a second color, receive a check-out signal when the check-in signal is received, and change the light source from the second color to a third color when the check-out signal is received.

Disclosed is a multi-communication height adjustable desk system including a lifting column for adjusting lifting of a desk top, a drive motor for driving lifting of the lifting column, a controller for sending drive instruction to the drive motor and a manual controller for sending control instruction to the controller. It further includes an intelligent terminal stored with set height of the height adjustable desk. Manual controller includes a first communication module for communicating with the intelligent terminal. Manual controller receives authentication instruction sent by the intelligent terminal through the first communication module. After authentication instruction is verified, first communication module receives set height data of the height adjustable desk sent by intelligent terminal and sends control instruction to controller according to set height data of the height adjustable desk. Controller sends the drive instruction to drive motor according to control instruction for adjusting height of the lifting column.

A cordless height-adjustable instrument table is disclosed. The table further includes easy touch buttons for raising and lowering the table and a plurality of table extensions that increase the length and width. In practice, the user can actuate the easy touch buttons until a desired height of the table is obtained. A readily available 12-hour rechargeable lithium battery from retailers or manufactures is integrated for prolonged use of the table.
