Cantilevered and extendable support systems for supporting storage compartments
A support system for a storage container includes an extendable slide assembly having a first end and a second end, and a support bracket removably receiving the first end of the extendable slide assembly to support the extendable slide assembly in a cantilevered manner. The second end of the extendable slide assembly is configured to support the storage container.
GUIDE RAIL, AND STORAGE APPARATUS AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING SAME
Disclosed are a guide rail for allowing a drawer to be smoothly opened and closed, and a storage apparatus and a refrigerator having the same. The refrigerator includes a drawer accommodating room; a drawer accommodated in the drawer accommodating room; and a rail configured to guide the drawer to be pulled out of or pushed into the drawer accommodating room. The rail includes a first member extended along pulling-out or pushing-in directions of the drawer and supporting the drawer; a second member extended corresponding to the first member and supported in the drawer accommodating room of the refrigerator; and a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the first member and the second member and being in rolling-contact with the first member and the second member when the drawer is pulled out or pushed in. The second member includes a load support surface having an inward height difference as much as a predetermined gap from a rolling contact surface with which at least one second rolling element different from a first rolling element among the plurality of rolling elements is in rolling-contact so that at least one of the first rolling elements among the plurality of rolling elements is in contact with the first member and the second member and support a load of the drawer in a state that the drawer is positioned in at least one of a critical pull-out section or a critical push-in section. Thus, the refrigerator equally maintains a degree of contact between the rolling element and the members while the guide rail works, thereby uniformizing the operation quality of the guide rail.
MONORAIL CRISPER FOR A REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes a liner defining a compartment within a cabinet, and a storage bin that is slidably disposed within the compartment. A sliding assembly permits the storage bin to slide with respect to a support surface. The sliding assembly includes a support bracket having an elongated channel that includes opposing arm channel portions, and a guide rail extending downwards from a bottom wall of the storage bin. The guide rail is located at a central position of the bottom wall of the storage bin with respect to opposing side walls of the storage bin and includes opposing arm members. The guide rail is at least partially disposed within the elongated channel such that the opposing arm members engage arm guiding surfaces in the opposing arm channel portions to slidingly guide the storage bin between a retracted position and an extended position.
Self-assembly cabinet
A self-assembly cabinet includes a box including a rectangular front frame, a rectangular rear frame, two rectangular side frames interconnecting the front frame and the rear frame, a top frame on tops of the front frame, the rear frame, and the side frames, and a bottom frame on bottoms of the front frame, the rear frame, and the side frames; a plurality of latches secured to four corners of an inner surface of each side frame respectively; and a plurality of cooperating fastening structures secured to four corners of an inner surface of each of the front frame and the rear frame respectively. The latches are releasably secured to the cooperating fastening structures respectively so that the side frames, the front frame, and the rear frame are assembled.
Drawer guide system
A drawer guide system for a drawer. The drawer guide system includes a drawer guide and a case runner having an outwardly extending flange disposed within an elongate recess of the drawer guide. The drawer guide system further includes a center-mounted bracket to be secured to a rear end of a drawer and a center-mounted release mechanism to be secured to a front end of the drawer that is aligned with the rear end. Upon insertion of the case runner and drawer guide into a recess of the bracket, a tab of the release mechanism engages a window of a side wall of the drawer guide and a locking tang of the drawer guide engages an aperture of the bracket to lock the drawer guide to the drawer.
