The blocking member is coupled to the first rail. The operating member can enter a predetermined state with respect to the second rail. When the second rail is at a predetermined position with respect to the first rail, the operating member is in the predetermined state and blocked by the blocking member to prevent the second rail from displacement from the predetermined position in a predetermined direction. When the operating member is not in the predetermined state and hence not blocked by the blocking member, the second rail can be displaced from the predetermined position in the predetermined direction.
