Drive device for a movable furniture part
A drive device for a movable furniture part includes a support, an ejection device movable relative to the support to eject the movable furniture part, a locking device for locking the ejection device, and a trigger mechanism for moving the locking device out of the locking position. The trigger mechanism is activatable by overcompression of the movable furniture part into an overcompression position behind the closing position, and the movable furniture part is movable by the ejection device in the opening direction when the unlocking position is reached. A transmission device separate from the movable furniture part transmits the position of the movable furniture part to the trigger mechanism. A coupling device acts or is arranged between the transmission device and the trigger mechanism, and the coupling device can be moved from an uncoupling position into a coupling position. The transmission device can be movably coupled to the trigger mechanism.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a cabinet having an inner case and a drawer assembly installed on both side walls of the inner case. The pantry assembly includes a basket capable of being inserted and withdrawn from the storage chamber; a supporter assembly connected to the basket and guiding insertion and withdrawal of the basket; and a cover connected to the supporter assembly that moves in a direction opposite to the basket when the basket is inserted or withdrawn. The basket includes a first roller rotatably installed on both side walls thereof, and the supporter assembly includes a supporter having a guide rail that receives the first roller and a transmission unit for transmitting the moving force of the basket to the cover.
Drive device for moveable furniture component
A drive device for a movable furniture component, particularly for a drawer, includes an ejection device having an ejection force accumulator for ejecting the movable furniture component into an open position, and a retraction device having a retraction force accumulator for retracting the movable furniture component from an open position into a closed position. The ejection force accumulator can be charged by the retraction force accumulator during retraction of the movable furniture component.
Sliding device
A sliding device is capable of decreasing a moving distance of a middle rail while maintaining a maximum moving distance of a movable rail. The sliding device includes a fixed rail fixed to a body into which a storage body is inserted, the movable rail fixed to the storage body, the middle rail installed between the movable rail and the fixed rail and configured to move relatively with respect to the movable rail and the fixed rail, and a driving part configured to move the middle rail so as to move the movable rail by a distance twice a moving distance of the middle rail.
PULL-OUT SYSTEM
An embodiment of the present invention provides a pull-out system comprising: at least two slide rails each having a fixed rail, a middle rail slidably arranged on the fixed rail, and a movable rail slidably arranged on the middle rail; and a synchronization means for synchronizing the movement of the movable rail, wherein the synchronization means comprises a roller unit, a synchronization bar connected to the roller unit, and a deflectable element having an end portion fixe to the roller unit and an opposite end portion connected to the movable rail, and the movable rail is configured to move as much as the amount of rotation of the roller unit.
Locking device for releasably locking a withdrawable furniture part
An arrangement includes a drawer pull-out guide and a locking device for releasably locking a furniture part. The drawer pull-out guide includes a carcass rail to be fixed to a furniture carcass and an extension rail, the extension rail being displaceably supported between a fully closed position and a fully open position. The locking device includes a first locking component to be fixed to the furniture carcass, and a second locking component to be fixed to the extendably-supported furniture part. The first locking component and the second locking component can be releasably locked together, and the second locking component includes a base member and a locking element for releasably locking the first locking component. The locking element is pivotally supported on the base member, and the extension rail of the drawer pull-out guide can be releasably locked by the locking device in or immediately before the fully open position.
DRIVE DEVICE FOR A MOVEABLE FURNITURE PART
A drive device includes a carrier extending in the closing direction of a moveable furniture part, an ejection device for ejecting the moveable furniture part into an open position, and a locking device for locking the ejection device in a locked position. The locking device has a locking pin connected to the ejection device and a guide track for the locking pin formed in or on the carrier, and a synchronization device for synchronizing the movement of the drive device with a second drive device. The synchronization device has a transmission element moveably mounted on the carrier to be moved by the locking pin, and a synchronization coupling element connected to the transmission element. The guide track has a maximum guide track width measured perpendicular to the closing direction, and the synchronization coupling element and the ejection force store are arranged within this guide track width in the closing direction.
Arrangement of a pull-out guide, a rail synchronization device, and a driver
An arrangement of a pull-out guide can be fastened to a piece of furniture, and the pull-out guide has a first rail, a second rail that is movably mounted on the first rail, and a rail synchronization device. The rail synchronization device includes a toothed rack connected to the first rail, a toothed wheel meshing with the toothed rack, and a bearing block connected to the second rail. The toothed wheel is rotatably mounted in the bearing block, and a driver for a drawer drive device is connected to the toothed rack of the rail synchronization device.
ENGAGING ASSEMBLY, DRAWER AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING THE SAME
An engagement assembly, a drawer, and a refrigerator having same. The engagement assembly comprises a first engagement part matching the drawer and a second engagement part matching a refrigerator body; one of the first and second engagement parts is a gear, and the other one is a rack; the rack has a tooth surface that allows the gear to travel; the rack comprises a main rack and an extension rack; when the drawer is in a closed state, the tooth surface has a first stroke length; when the drawer is in an opening process, the extension rack moves to a travel path of the gear so that the tooth surface has a second stroke length; when the drawer is in a closing process, the extension rack is reset; the first stroke length is smaller than the second stroke length. The length of the tooth surface increases in the opening process.
